Wearing Your Earbuds
Choose the ear tips that provide the best fit for your ears.
Diagram shows three sizes of ear tips: Small (S), Medium (M), and Large (L).
Charging Your Earbuds
Ensure the earbuds and the USB-C charging port are completely dry before charging.
Fully charge both the earbuds and the charging case before the first use.
- Before first use, remove the insulation stickers from the earbuds.
- Place the earbuds into the charging case and close it.
- Connect the charging case to a power source using a certified USB-C charging cable.
Charging information: A full charge takes approximately 2 hours. A 10-minute charge provides about 2 hours of playback.
Powering On and Pairing
Open the charging case and remove the earbuds. They will automatically power on and enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
Select "soundcore R50i / P20i / P25i" from your device's Bluetooth list for the initial connection. Note: The device name may vary depending on the region.
Manual Pairing
To manually enter Bluetooth pairing mode, remove the earbuds from the case, then press and hold the touchpads on both earbuds for 3 seconds.

Powering Off
Turn off your earbuds by placing them back into the charging case and closing the case.
The earbuds will automatically power off after 30 minutes if they are not connected.
Resetting Your Earbuds
Perform a reset if you encounter issues with pairing your earbuds or connecting to other devices.
First, delete the pairing history from your Bluetooth device.
Remove the earbuds from the case. Within one minute of powering on the earbuds, press and hold the touchpads on both earbuds for 10 seconds until you hear a notification sound.
LED Indicator Functions
The LED indicators on the earbuds and case provide status information.
Earbud LED: Blinks white (pairing mode), Solid white (connected/charging).
Firmware Updates
You will be notified in the Soundcore app when a new firmware version is available.
Ensure the earbuds are in the charging case and the case remains open until the firmware update is complete. Monitor the earbuds' charging status during the update and avoid using any functions.
