1. Initial Setup
Automatic Earbud Connection
Remove the earbuds from the charging case and peel off the stickers.

Press and hold for 3+ seconds on each earbud. When one earbud flashes blue and white, the earbuds are ready to pair with your device.

2. Bluetooth Pairing
Select 'Epic Air Sport ANC' in your device's Bluetooth settings. After connecting, you will hear a voice prompt with two beeps, and then a solid white light will turn on.

Adding New/Additional Bluetooth Devices
Turn off Bluetooth on the device that was previously connected to the earbuds. Turn on Bluetooth on the new device. Remove the earbuds from the case. The earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. To connect, select 'Epic Air Sport ANC' in the new device's settings.
Download the App
Customize your Epic Air Sport ANC features and update to the latest firmware. Download the JLab Air ANC app from the Apple/Google App Store.

Controls
Voice Prompts:
- Power: ? (Bell sound)
- Bluetooth Pairing: "Ready to Pair"
- ANC On/Off: ? (Bell sound)
- Bluetooth Connected: Two beeps ?
- Battery Medium: (80-20%)
- Battery Low: "Low Battery" (below 20%. When battery level drops below 10%, the "Low Battery" prompt will sound once.)
- Power Off: ? (Bell sound)
Right Touch Sensor:
- Volume Up: Single tap ?
- Play/Pause: Double tap ??
- Forward: Press and hold for 1+ second ✊
- Change EQ: Triple tap ???
Left Touch Sensor:
- Volume Down: Single tap ?
- OK Google or Siri (Android): Double tap ??
- Be Aware / ANC On/Off: Press and hold for 1+ second ✊
- Change EQ: Triple tap ???
Answering Calls:
- Answer: Single tap ? (left or right)
- Disconnect: Double tap ?? (left or right)
- Reject Incoming Call: Double tap ?? with a press for one second or more ✊ (left or right)
Music/Movie Mode: Press and hold both touch sensors simultaneously for 3+ seconds.
Power Off (without charging case): Turn off Bluetooth on your device. The earbuds will turn off within 3 seconds.
EQ Modes
JLab SIGNATURE: Signature sound with enhanced highs and boosted bass.
BALANCED: Even sound without enhancement.
BASS BOOST: Boosted bass and sub-bass.
Automatic Power On/Off
- Placing the earbuds in the charging case will turn them off and start charging. A blue light turns on when the earbuds are charging, and it turns off when charging is complete. [Diagram: Earbuds in case, left and right earbuds charging.]

Charging
Wired Charging
Connect the Epic Air Sport ANC to a computer or device with a USB port (5V 1A or less).

LED lights will flash blue during charging and turn solid white once charging is complete.
Wireless Charging
Place the charging case on a wireless charging pad.

Fit
Try all the included ear tips for the best fit and seal.
Insert the earbud into the ear canal and rotate it slightly until you achieve an optimal fit.

Troubleshooting
No Sound in One Earbud, or Earbuds Disconnected (Manual Reset)
- Go to your device's Bluetooth settings and remove "Epic Air Sport ANC". [Diagram: Bluetooth settings screen.]
- Keep the earbuds in the charging case, and tap the touch sensor 7 times in a row on one earbud. The light will flash blue 3 times. [Diagram: Earbud in case, tapping touch sensor.]
- Repeat the process with the other earbud. Tap the touch sensor 7 times in a row. The light will flash blue 3 times.
- Take both earbuds out of the charging case. Wait until one earbud lights up solid white, and the other flashes blue/white. You can now pair the earbuds with your device.
Bluetooth Device Not Connecting/Reconnecting
- Go to your device's Bluetooth settings and remove "Epic Air Sport ANC". [Diagram: Bluetooth settings screen.]
- Turn off Bluetooth, then turn it back on. [Diagram: Bluetooth toggle.]
- Take the earbuds out of the case. Wait until one lights up solid white, and the other flashes blue/white.
- To reconnect, select "Epic Air Sport ANC" in your device's settings.

Warnings and Tips
Warning: It is important to dry the earbuds completely before placing them in the charging case. If the charging case shows signs of water/sweat damage, it will void the warranty.
Quick Tips
- You can use either the left or right earbud separately for listening to music and phone calls. Simply choose one and remove it from the case to connect.
- You can only connect to one Bluetooth device at a time. To connect to a specific device, turn off Bluetooth on unwanted devices and turn on Bluetooth on the desired device.
Important Notes
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
- Avoid dropping or crushing the earbuds.
- Earwax buildup may occur on the ear tips, leading to reduced sound quality. Gently clean the earwax with a cotton swab or small brush to improve sound quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or temporarily stop using the earbuds.
- If discomfort persists, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
- We recommend treating your earbuds like expensive sunglasses and keeping them in a safe place when not in use.
