Product Overview
The eWeLink 2CH Smart Switch is a versatile device that allows for remote control of appliances via a smartphone or tablet. It supports both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity and operates on a 7-32V DC or 5V USB power input.

Checklist before using the device
- Your smartphone or tablet must have access to the App Store or Google Play.
- Your router must have MAC-open enabled.
- Your smartphone or tablet has connected to a 2.4g WiFi with internet.
- You need to enable Bluetooth of the phone.
- You have the correct WiFi PWD.
Getting Started with the eWeLink APP
To use the smart switch, you will need the eWeLink APP.
- Register an eWeLink account. If you already have an account, simply log in.
- Power up the device.

Add Device flow to mobile APP
- After installation, power the device. Hold down the Reset button (pairing button) for 6 seconds until the Network indicator (red light) blinks quickly, and then click "Add Device" on the upper right corner of the App.
- Select your WiFi, enter the WiFi password, and click "Next."
- Wait for a few seconds. When the device is found, click "Add Device."
- After successful addition, click "Next."

Inching/Interlock Switch
The smart switch supports inching and interlock functions for advanced control.
3.1 Set inching duration
Click "inching Settings" and set the desired inching duration.

3.2 Enable the interlock
Click "interlock" and set the interlock parameters.

Power-on State: Configure the default state of the switch when power is restored (e.g., ON, OFF, or Last State).
Hide All ON/OFF: Option to hide the main ON/OFF controls.
Remote control pairing/Clear code
Matching:
- Hold the RF Pairing button you want to pair for 3 seconds, until the blue light is on.
- Then long press the remote control buttons you want to pair.
- Loosen the remote control buttons; pairing is successful.
- Note: Pair other buttons by repeating steps ①~③.
Clear code:
- Long press the RF pairing button you want to clear for 15 seconds until the RF pairing indicator (blue light) is off. Loosen the RF Pairing button.
- Note: The pairing/clear code method is only available with RF function switch/module reference.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Solutions for the failure of product matching and offline:
- Enter the homepage of the App, click the icon in the lower right corner of the interface to enter "Message" > "hits" Guide". "Profile" > "hits" eWeLink support".
- If none of the above is resolved, please try using another phone's personal hotspot to re-add the device.
