Product Overview
The EWB4CH-B1 is a three-mode WiFi switch designed for smart home automation. It supports Wi-Fi 2.4GHz, Bluetooth connectivity, and manual control via an external button interface.

Checklist Before Using the Device:
- Your smartphone or tablet has connected to a 2.4g WiFi with internet.
- Bluetooth of the phone is enabled.
- You have the correct WiFi password.
- Your smartphone or tablet must have access to the App Store or Google Play.
- Your router is MAC-open.
User Guide
Account Registration:
- Start with the "EWelink" APP.
- Register an EWelink account. If you have an EWelink account, just log in.
Add Device Flow to Mobile APP:
- After installation, power the device. Hold down the Reset button (pairing button) for 6 seconds until the Network indicator blinks quickly (blinking twice and on).
- Tap '+' on the Ewelink app.
- Select Bluetooth Pairing.
- Keep the phone close to the device.
- Wait a minute; when the device is found, click "Connect".
- Select your WiFi, enter your WiFi password, and then click "Save" in the upper right corner to wait for the connection to succeed.
- When the network indicator is on, the device is online.
Inching / Interlock Switch Settings:
- Click the switch name on the app.
- Navigate to "Inching Settings" or "Interlock" from the device menu.
- Set inching duration: Click "Inching Settings", set the desired inching duration.
- Enable interlock: Click "Interlock", set the interlock function.
Remote Control Matching:
- From the Ewelink app, navigate to the device settings and select "eWelink Remote".
- Click the upper button to enter the learning state.
- Press the button of your 2.4G remote control.
- Loosen the remote control buttons; matching is successful.
Note: External switches can only be self-recovery switches.
Troubleshooting
Solutions for the failure of product matching and offline:
- Check if your WiFi is 2.4GHz.
- Ensure the WiFi password is correct.
- Restart the device and router.
- If none of the above is resolved, try adding the device again using a personal hotspot from another phone.
For further assistance, access the "Guide" or "Ewelink support" within the app's "Message" or "Profile" sections.
