About the Event

Couples visiting the store during the specified period can participate in the Valentine's Day dinner. Participation requires advance registration on the IKEA website and payment of the Valentine's menu for couples on-site.

Additional Condition: Registered customers must possess an IKEA Family club membership.

Participation and Menu

Registration must be completed online via IKEA.hu. An IKEA Family club membership is mandatory for registration.

The number of available spots is limited. Information on availability can be found on the IKEA website.

The event will take place in a designated, separate area at the back of the restaurant. The venue opens at 18:00. IKEA staff will verify registrations. Participants must present proof of IKEA Family membership (physical or digital card).

After verification, an IKEA employee will escort participants to the designated cashier to pay HUF 11,990 for the Valentine's Day couples' menu. Participants will then be shown to their assigned tables.

Valentine's Day Menu Includes:

The gifted alcoholic sparkling wine is not permitted for consumption within the store premises.

Meal service commences at 18:15.

General Terms and Conditions (House Rules)

Eligibility and Acceptance

Visitors aged 18 and over participating in the event automatically accept these regulations. By participating, you waive any legal claims against the Organizer or any third party concerning the event's execution or gifted items.

Product Guarantees

Participants are entitled to assert claims related to quality defects of gifted IKEA products under the IKEA guarantee framework.

Organizer's Rights

Organizers reserve the right to alter these terms, including the ability to stop, suspend, or terminate the event at any time.

Participant Conduct and Exclusion

If an organizer believes a participant is not respecting or complying with these rules, is abusing terms, acting in bad faith, or attempting to manipulate the event, they may be excluded without notice. Organizer decisions are final and binding.

Note: IKEA employees are not permitted to participate in the event.

Photography and Videography

IKEA may capture photos and videos of participants' activities. These will be stored on IKEA servers and may be used until February 14, 2026.

Safety and Compliance

All attendees must adhere to the requests, instructions, and warnings of IKEA staff for safety. Participants must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these House Rules.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in the event is at your own risk. Organizers are not liable for any accidents occurring on the premises.

Liability for Belongings

Organizers are not responsible for personal assets kept within the event area or in safe deposit boxes.

Forbidden Items

Participation is strictly forbidden with the following items: cigarettes, paper bags, plastic cups, sparklers, firecrackers, large baggage (backpacks), sticks, or any other accident-prone objects.

Accident Reporting

All potential accidents must be reported to the Security Service office of the respective store.

Consequences of Violation

Violation of these House Rules shall result in exclusion from the event. Entry into the event area signifies automatic acceptance of these terms and rules.

Personal Data Management

IKEA Lakberendezési Kft. (registered seat: 1148 Budapest, Örs vezér tere 22) acts as the data controller for personal data related to this event.

Purpose of Data Processing

Personal data is processed to manage event registration and ensure participation for the duration required for the event's implementation and attendance.

Data Recipients

Data recipients include companies commissioned by the data controller to assist in the event's organization.

Legal Basis

Data processing is based on voluntary consent. If a participant refuses to provide personal data, they will not be allowed to participate in the event.

Data Storage and Deletion

Personal data will be stored by IKEA Lakberendezési Kft. until February 14, 2026. The IKEA store's Local Marketing department is responsible for data deletion.

Participant Rights

Participants have the right to access their data, request rectification or erasure of their data, restrict data processing, request data portability, and object to data processing. These rights can be exercised using the contact details provided below.

Complaints and Reporting

Complaints or reports can be submitted to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. Their address and contact details are available at: www.naih.hu (e-mail: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu).

Withdrawal of Consent

Participants may withdraw their consent at any time. However, this withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
