IKEA Midsommar Workshop for Children: General Terms and Conditions and Personal Data Management
This document outlines the general terms and conditions (house rules) and information regarding the management of personal data for the Midsommar workshop for children hosted by IKEA Lakberendezési Kft.

The event will take place in IKEA Budaörs, Örs vezér tere, and IKEA Soroksár stores. The organizer reserves the right to change the program.
Aim of the Activity
The workshop aims to allow children of IKEA Family club members, aged between 4 and 12, to create flower wreaths using PYSSLA iron-on beads. The activity will be held during time slots indicated on the IKEA.hu website.
It is the legal guardian's responsibility to determine if a child is able to participate. Children under 4 years old are not permitted to participate for safety reasons. The event facilitator has the right to verify a child's age and refuse participation if the child is under 4.
Activity Information
Information about the event will be available at communication points at the Entrance, the Information Desk, the Småland play area, and the hostess desk at the activity location.
Children can create flower wreaths using PYSSLA iron-on beads at designated locations within the stores during the announced times.
Participation is open to children aged 4-12 whose guardian is an IKEA Family member. Registration can be done in advance on the IKEA.hu event page or on-site if spots are available, by contacting the responsible IKEA staff.
A maximum of 10 children can register per time slot.

- 15:00 - 15:30
Participants must arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled session for registration verification. If a participant is late, IKEA staff may offer the spot to unregistered children.
A parent or guardian must be present throughout the session, as IKEA staff are not responsible for supervising children.
The activity includes ironing the completed creations, which will be done by the hostesses in the designated area.
Children of IKEA Family members will receive 2 Peták as a reward for their creations.
Mixed Provisions
- The Organizers reserve the right to change these Regulations, including stopping, suspending, or terminating the session at any time.
- The Organizers exclude any participant and the possibility of the participant asserting any legal claims against the Organizers.
- IKEA will take pictures of the activity of the participants. These pictures will be stored on the IKEA server and can be used until June 21, 2026.
- IKEA supports the smooth running of the activity with the involvement of an external partner.

- Persons entering the event area must fully observe the requests, instructions, and warnings of employees for safety operations.
- Participants must not violate any applicable legislation, regulations, or the rules defined in these House Rules.
- Participation is at your own risk; the organizers do not undertake liability for any accidents on the premises.
- Individuals under the influence of alcohol or other narcotics are not allowed on site. Smoking is strictly forbidden, except in designated areas.
- Pets or other animals are not allowed, except under conditions laid down in the General Rules.
- Commercial activities, promotion, PR activities (stickers, flyers, advertisements), illegal gambling, and recording of sounds or images without organizer permission are forbidden.
- Entry into areas closed off by cordons or otherwise is forbidden. Organizers have the right to take action to maintain order. Any malicious damage will entail financial liability.
- Organizers are not liable for assets kept in the event area or in safe deposit boxes.
- Participation with cigarettes, paper bags, plastic cups, sparklers, firecrackers, baggage (backpacks), sticks, or other accident-prone objects is strictly forbidden.
- Any accidents must be reported to the Security Service office of the store.
- Violation of the House Rules will result in exclusion from the event. Entry to the event area constitutes automatic acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
Personal Data Management
Personal data related to the activity will be stored by IKEA Furnishing Ltd. until June 21, 2026. The IKEA store Local Marketing department is responsible for deletion.
Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, request data portability, and object to data processing. These rights can be exercised using the contact details provided in this document.
Complaints or reports can be submitted to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information via their website (www.naih.hu) or email (ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu).
Participants can withdraw their consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
