Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Assemble Base Frame
Insert four (4x) dowels (part 107271) into the designated holes on the base frame pieces. Tap them in gently with a hammer to create the base structure.
Step 2: Attach Side Panels to Base
Insert two (2x) cam lock screws (part 100481) and two (2x) dowels (part 112614) into the bottom edge of each main side panel. Align these with the corresponding holes on the base frame and press the side panels down firmly.
Step 3: Secure Side Panels
Insert two (2x) cam locks (part 112614) into the large holes on the inside of the base frame for each side panel. Turn the cam locks clockwise with a screwdriver to secure the side panels to the base.
Step 4: Insert Dowels into Side Panels
Insert eight (8x) dowels (part 114613) into the designated holes along the inner edges of the main side panels.
Step 5: Insert Dowels into Horizontal Supports
Insert sixteen (16x) wooden dowels (part 101350) into the designated holes on the inner edges of the two horizontal support pieces.
Step 6: Insert Vertical Posts
Insert the two vertical posts into the designated slots on the base frame. Ensure they are fully seated.
Step 7: Attach Metal Brackets to Base
Attach four (4x) metal brackets (part 100347) to the base frame using screws (part 100347). Ensure correct orientation.
Step 8: Slide in Back Panel
Carefully slide the thin back panel into the grooves on the rear of the side panels and base frame. Ensure it is fully seated.
Step 9: Secure Back Panel
Insert four (4x) cam locks (part 110630) into the designated holes on the back panel and turn clockwise with a screwdriver to lock it in place.
Step 10: Attach Top Frame
Place the top frame assembly onto the vertical posts and side panels. Insert cam lock screws (part 100481) into the top of the vertical posts and side panels. Then, insert cam locks (part 122332) into the underside of the top frame and turn clockwise to secure.
Step 11: Attach Drawer Slides (Main Unit)
Attach the drawer slide components (part 156500) to the inside of the main unit frame using four (4x) screws (part 10065533). Ensure they are oriented correctly.
Step 12: Attach Changing Table Top Hinges
Attach the hinge components (part 10143360) to the underside of the changing table top using two (2x) screws (part 10065533). Ensure the correct orientation.
Step 13: Attach Hinges to Main Unit
Align the hinges on the changing table top with the corresponding points on the main unit and secure them using two (2x) screws (part 10065533).
Step 14: Assemble Drawer Boxes
For each drawer: Insert eight (8x) dowels (part 101345) into the side panels. Attach the front panel to the side panels using eight (8x) cam lock screws (part 123492) and eight (8x) cam locks (part 110630). Slide the back panel into the grooves. Secure the back panel with eight (8x) screws (part 145718).
Step 15: Attach Drawer Runners (Drawer Boxes)
Attach the drawer slide components (part 106698) to the sides of the assembled drawer boxes using two (2x) screws (part 106698) per side. Ensure correct orientation.
Step 16: Attach Drawer Knobs/Handles
Attach the drawer knobs (part 117616) to the drawer fronts using two (2x) screws (part 119976) and two (2x) washers (part 100823) per knob.
Step 17: Insert Drawers
Carefully slide the assembled drawers into the main unit, aligning the drawer slides.
Step 18: Wall Mounting
IMPORTANT SAFETY STEP: Secure the furniture to the wall using the provided tip-over restraints. Attach the wall brackets (part 106989) to the furniture using two (2x) long screws (part 109048) and two (2x) washers (part 100823). Attach the other end of the brackets to the wall using appropriate wall fixings (two (2x) wall plugs (part 121714) and two (2x) short screws (part 109049) are provided, but ensure they are suitable for your wall type). [!] Failure to secure the furniture can result in serious injury or death.
Step 19: Final Check
Ensure all screws and cam locks are tightened and the furniture is stable and securely attached to the wall.
