Operating Instructions
Before Use
- Remove the cover, add water and make sure water is within the max level. When water is boiled, empty the kettle and clean the pot with clean water. For better cleaning, please repeat the whole process.
- Make sure water is below the max level of the pot, or it may spill out of the kettle when boiled.
- If the kettle is powered on without water in the pot, its service life will be reduced.
- Switch on, the buzzer ticks, the kettle is ready to use when the indicator display lights up for a second and displays "---".
Operation
Touch "TOUCH SWITCH" button: first press, it shows 212°F, second press, it shows 195°F, third press, it shows 175°F, and fourth press, it shows 140°F.
When the temperature is set, the figure will flash 3 times, and the kettle starts to heat water.
The temperature rises to the set one, the buzzer will tick 3 times, and the kettle starts automatic insulation (The actual temperature will be displayed). The temperature can be maintained for 12 hours.
- If continuous heating or reheating is needed, switch on when the kettle cools down.
- The unit is designed for water draining and steam venting.
- The kettle can be covered when heating water. Remove the cover when stewing, or the vent holes on the cover will be obstructed.
- Power cord replacement must be conducted by the manufacturer or the service center.
- Plug the cord into an outlet. Switch on the kettle. Power indicator lights up. The kettle starts to heat.
- When not in use, switch off, unplug the power cord.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

- Never immerse the unit in water or other liquids.
- Keep close watch when the kettle is used near a child.
- The kettle is not intended for use by persons with mental disabilities or children.
- Do not leave the kettle running without close supervision.
- Unplug the power cord before cleaning.
- Leave the kettle to cool before cleaning or storing.
- If any part is damaged, directly return the kettle to the service center for inspection and maintenance.
- Keep the kettle away from electric stove or microwave.
- Leave it on a flat surface.
- Do not heat other stuff rather than water.
- Do not overfill the kettle, or boiled water may spill out.
- Do not switch the kettle on without water inside.
- Make sure the kettle is on a flat surface when water is filled.
CLEANING & CARE
Always turn the kettle off and remove the plug from the outlet before cleaning!
- Switch the kettle off and remove the plug from the outlet before cleaning. Wipe the kettle body with a damp mop.
- When scale is spotted, use vinegar to dissolve it. Put 1 teaspoon of vinegar and 2 teaspoons of water into the kettle. Switch on the power. Boil the vinegar and water. Leave it to cool. Unplug and rinse several times with clean water. The removal of built-up scale from the inner pot will help extend the life of the kettle.
- Empty the kettle after each use and put it in a cool place, keeping away from sunshine.
