Assembly Instructions
Important Note: Retain for future reference. Read carefully.

Component Installation: Quickfit and Cam Lock
Quickfit Installation: Tighten the 'quickfit' component until its shoulder is flush with the panel. Avoid overtightening or undertightening.
Cam Lock Installation: Before inserting the connecting 'quickfit', ensure the cam lock is in the correct starting position. The 'quickfit' head should align with the center of the cam lock when panels are joined. Turn the cam lock clockwise to tighten.
Door Hinge Adjustment
It may be necessary to adjust the hinges to ensure the doors align correctly. Follow these steps:
- Vertical Adjustment: Loosen the screw shown and move the door up or down as needed.
- Frame Gap Adjustment: Turn the screw clockwise or counter-clockwise to adjust the space between the door and the main frame.
- Lateral Adjustment: Turn the screw clockwise or counter-clockwise to adjust the door sideways.
Ensure all other screws are properly fastened.
Wall Mounting Instructions
For secure installation, mounting to a wall is recommended.
- For solid walls, use expansion screws.
- For wooden walls, use self-tapping screws.
Ensure screws are securely fastened to the wall structure.
Initial Hardware Attachment
Step 01: Gently tap the spare plastic hardware into the pre-drilled hole on the panel using a hammer.
Step 02: Insert component A1 into the panel, aligning it with the hardware.
Visual confirmation (✔️) indicates correct placement.

Assembly Steps
Step 1
Attach panels 1, 2, and 4 using components A and C. Panel 4 is used three times.

Step 2
Assemble the base structure. Attach panel 1 to panels 4, 6, and 7 using 12x component A and 12x component B.

Step 3
Continue assembling the cabinet frame. Attach the top panel (2) and internal dividers (4) to the structure using 12x component A and 12x component B.

Step 4
Attach the back panels (3 and 6) to the cabinet frame using 6x component E and 6x component B.

Step 5
Secure the bottom panel (10) to the main cabinet structure using 34x component F.

Step 6
Attach the support piece (10) to the cabinet using 2x component H.

Step 7
Prepare for door installation. Attach hinges (G) and mounting plates (I) to panels 8 and 9 using 12x component D.

Step 8
Attach the doors (3) to the main cabinet body. This involves securing the hinges to the cabinet frame using 24x component D.

Step 9
Insert the shelves (5) into the cabinet. Secure each shelf using 4x component J.

Step 10
Mount the assembled cabinet to the wall for stability. Use 2x component H for wall mounting.
