• Assembly and use must strictly follow the instructions provided in this manual.
• The seller is not liable for any personal injury or product damage resulting from misuse, incorrect assembly, or modifications to the original design.
• Keep the product away from fire sources and high temperatures.
• Assemble the item on a spacious surface. Avoid placing the unwrapped product directly on the floor to prevent damage.
• Wear gloves during assembly and disassembly to protect against sharp edges.
• Ensure all parts and fittings are correctly matched according to the part numbers in the manual.
• Periodically check the tightness of screws and retighten as necessary to maintain structural integrity.
• In case of accidental spills of water or other liquids, wipe the surface immediately with a dry towel.
• Place and use the product on a level and stable surface.

Warnings

• This product is not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Adult supervision is required for children using the product.
• To prevent serious injury from tipping, do not allow children to climb on or play with the product.
• During assembly, keep small parts, such as screws and fittings, out of reach of children. Ingestion or inhalation of small parts can be fatal.
• Keep all packaging materials (films, plastic bags, foam, etc.) away from babies and children to prevent suffocation hazards.

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Connect Side Panels

Attach Panel 1 (Top Panel) to Panel 2 (Side Panel) using two Screws (A) and two Cam Locks (C). Ensure the cam lock head is centered in the cam lock hole before tightening.

Step 2: Assemble Frame

Connect Panel 4 (Side Panel) to Support Bar (3) and Panel 5 (Back Panel) to Panel 2 (Side Panel). Use twelve Screws (A) and four Screws (B) for this step.

Step 3: Attach Base and Casters

Attach two Casters (E) and two Casters (F) to the underside of Panel 8 (Base Panel). Secure sixteen Brackets/Feet (H) to the base.

Step 4: Construct Main Cabinet

Assemble the main cabinet structure by connecting Panel 4, Panel 5, Panel 2, and Panel 8. Use six Screws (A) and six Screws (B).

Step 5: Install Back Panels

Slide the two Back Panels (7) into the grooves of the assembled cabinet structure.

Step 6: Attach Top Panel

Place Panel 1 (Top Panel) onto the assembled cabinet. Secure it using four Screws (A), four Screws (B), and one Connector (I).

Step 7: Prepare Door

Attach two Hinges (D) and one Door Handle (J) to the Door Panel (9) using the provided screws.

Step 8: Mount Door

Attach the Door Panel (9) to the main cabinet using the Hinges (D) and four Brackets/Feet (H).

Step 9: Insert Shelf

Insert four Shelf Pins (G) into the desired holes inside the cabinet. Place the Shelf Panel (10) onto the shelf pins.

Door Adjustment

If the doors are not aligned, hinge adjustments may be necessary:

• Vertical Adjustment: Loosen the indicated screw, then move the door up or down as needed.
• Gap Adjustment (Door to Frame): Turn the screw clockwise or anti-clockwise to adjust the gap between the door and the main frame.
• Lateral Adjustment: Turn the indicated screw clockwise or anti-clockwise to adjust the door's position left or right.

After adjustments, please ensure all screws are tightened.
