Important Safety Warnings
WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or personal injury:
- We suggest installation by a licensed electrician.
- Please read these instructions carefully and save them for future reference.
- Before starting, NEVER attempt any work without shutting off the electricity until the work is done.
- Go to the main fuse or circuit breaker box in your home.
- Place the main power switch in the "OFF" position.
- Place the wall switch in the "OFF" position.
- The mounting surface should be clean, dry, flat, strong enough, and at least 1/4” larger than the canopy on all sides. Any gaps between the mounting surface and canopy exceeding 3/16” should be corrected.
- Ensure the ceiling or wall can support the weight of the lamp before installation.
- Verify your voltage is 120V. The maximum wattage per bulb is Type B, Max 40W.
- Keep the lamp away from acidic and alkaline substances to prevent damage to the lamp's surface.
- When replacing bulbs, turn off or unplug the lamp and wait until it is cool, as bulbs get hot quickly.
- The safety instructions in this manual do not cover all possible conditions. Common sense, caution, and care must be used with any electrical products.

Assembly & Installation Instructions
Step 1: Check Parts
Carefully remove the fixture from the carton and verify that all parts and accessories are included as shown in the illustrations.
Step 2: Turn Off Power
Before starting the installation, ensure electricity is turned off at the main fuse or circuit breaker box and the wall switch is in the "OFF" position.
Step 3: Prepare Canopy and Mounting Plate
Unscrew the knob nuts (G) from the canopy (E) and remove the mounting plate (C) from the canopy.
Step 4: Adjust Hanging Height and Assemble Arms
- Select the desired number of tubes (H) to achieve the desired hanging height. Pass the fixture wires through the chosen tubes (H), swivel joint (F), and canopy (E).
- Ensure all threaded tubes are securely tightened. Screw the chosen tubes (H) onto the swivel joint (F) and the top of the arms assembly (I). Hand tighten until snug.
- Screw the pipes (J) to the top of the arms (K) as illustrated.
Step 5: Attach Mounting Plate
Attach the mounting plate (C) to the outlet box using the mounting screws (B).
Step 6: Make Wire Connections
Connect wires as shown in the diagrams. IMPORTANT: The ground wire is bare copper. NEVER connect other wires to the ground wires.
Connecting Ground Wires:
Connect the green ground screw on the mounting plate to the fixture's ground wire (bare copper) and the building's ground wire from the outlet box.
Connecting Supply Wires:
Supply Wire Color | Connect To Fixture Wire Color | Description of Fixture Wire |
---|---|---|
Black or Red (Supply) | Black | Parallel cord (round & smooth); Clear, Brown, Gold, or Black without tracer; Insulated wire (other than green) with copper conductor. |
White (Supply) | White | Parallel cord (square & ridged); Clear, Brown, Gold, or Black with tracer; Insulated wire (other than green) with silver conductor. |
Note on Parallel Wires (SPT I & SPT II): The neutral wire is typically square-shaped or ridged, while the other wire is round or smooth.
- Twist wires together securely using plastic wire connectors (A).
- Wrap each connector with approved electrical tape.
- Ensure no wire strands are exposed and carefully tuck all wires into the outlet box.
Step 7: Secure Canopy
Raise the canopy (E) to the ceiling and secure it in place by tightening the knob nuts (G) onto the pre-assembled screws in the mounting plate (C). The canopy (E) should be snug against the ceiling.
Adjustment: If the canopy is not snug, adjust the threaded length on the mounting plate assembly (C) by unscrewing/screwing the pre-assembled screws in or out of the mounting plate. Tighten hex nuts once the secure length is achieved, then return to step 7.
Step 8: Attach Glass Shades and Install Bulbs
- Unscrew nuts (L) from the iron frames (M).
- Align the holes of the glass shades (N) with the holes of the iron frames (M).
- Screw nuts (L) into the holes to secure the glass shades (N) and iron frames (M) as illustrated.
- Install bulbs (not included). Do not exceed the maximum wattage recommended on the socket (Type B, Max 40W per bulb).
Step 9: Final Check
Check that everything is installed properly. You can now turn on the light. Enjoy!
