Quick Tips
- Bluetooth connection is established from the right earbud. For maximum connection stability, keep your device on your right side or in your right pocket.
- If you wish to use only one earbud, you must use the right earbud, as it is the primary earbud connected to the Bluetooth device.
- Selecting the correct ear tip significantly improves sound quality by properly sealing the driver. Try all ear tips for best results.
- Only ONE Bluetooth device can be connected at a time. Turn off Bluetooth on unwanted devices and turn on Bluetooth for the desired device you wish to connect to.
Warnings
- Ensure earbuds are completely dry before placing them in the charging case. If earbuds are wet, the charging case may be damaged, voiding the warranty.
- Do not deform the ear hooks. The ear hooks are made of flexible silicone but contain a rigid internal antenna structure. Excessive bending of the ear hooks could break the antenna. [⚠️]
Safety Precautions
- Ensure no moisture or liquids get onto the ear tips or charging port.
- Do not expose earbuds to extreme heat, cold, or humidity.
- Handle earbuds with care: avoid dropping, applying pressure, yanking the cable, or bending the cable at sharp angles.
- Earwax may accumulate in the ear tips, potentially reducing sound quality. Gently clean with a cotton swab or small tool to restore sound quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, reduce volume or stop using the earbuds for a while.
- If you regularly experience discomfort while using this product, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
- Treat your earbuds with care, similar to high-quality sunglasses, and store them in a safe place when not in use.
