Assembly Guide
Follow these steps to assemble your EKET cabinet. Ensure all parts are present and identify them using the part numbers before beginning.
Step 1: Frame Construction
Begin by assembling the main frame of the cabinet. This involves connecting the primary side panels (e.g., 139467, 139468) with the top and bottom panels (e.g., 155197, 155198). Use the specified screws (e.g., 10093081, 10093082) and dowels (e.g., 10119600) as indicated in the diagrams. Ensure the frame is securely fastened and square.
Step 2: Shelf Installation
Insert the shelves (e.g., 133127, 139477) into the pre-drilled positions within the cabinet frame. Secure each shelf using the appropriate screws (e.g., 101313, 108444).
Step 3: Back Panel Attachment
Attach the back panels (e.g., 10119658, 10119673) to the rear of the assembled cabinet frame. These are typically secured using smaller screws (e.g., 10119600, 131372, 152470).
Step 4: Base/Foot Attachment
Turn the cabinet upright or lay it on its back. Attach the feet or base components (e.g., 152650, 152651) to the underside of the cabinet using the designated screws (e.g., 10093081).
Step 5: Door Mounting and Handles
Attach the hinges (e.g., 141413, 141414) to the cabinet doors and then to the main cabinet frame. Align the doors properly and secure them. Attach the door handles (e.g., 155675) to the doors using the provided screws (e.g., 10119600).
Step 6: Final Inspection
Carefully review all assembled parts and connections to ensure they are tight and secure. Check the stability of the cabinet and make any necessary adjustments to the doors or alignment for optimal function.
