PLEASE VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT AND READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION!
Open the package and verify all accessories are present. The roof rack consists of front and rear sections. Begin by assembling the rear half. Connect the rear side rails and the rear fairing using M8*16 screws and nuts.

Parts Used: (4) M8*16 Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws, (4) M8*20*1 Flat Washer, (4) M8 Flange Hex Lock Nuts.
Assemble the three crossbars into the rear section using M8*16 screws and washers.

Parts Used: (12) M8*16 Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws, (12) M8*20*1 Flat Washer.
When installing brackets, differentiate between the outer and inner brackets. The outer bracket is larger than the inner bracket. Identify left and right sides by the shape of the bracket's end: the angled edge is for the driver's side, and the right angle is for the passenger side.

After identifying the correct positions, install the rear mounting bracket in the rear section using M8*25 screws, washers, and nuts. Do not overtighten the screws at this stage.

Lift the assembled rear half of the roof rack and secure the rear mounting bracket into the vehicle's recess. Tighten the bracket's installation screws once it is fully inserted.

Assemble the front part. Install the short crossbar into the front fairing. First, place the Tee Sliding Slot Nuts inside the grooves of the short aluminum bars. Align them with the holes on the front fairing and secure them using M6*10 screws and M6*12*1 flat washers.

Install the front mounting bracket onto the front panel using M6*16 screws and M6*12*1 washers and nuts. Do not tighten the screws yet.

Remove the cover above the front glass of the original vehicle. Place the assembled front fairing onto your vehicle and install it using the factory bolts.

Install the side rails on both sides of the front fairing using M8*16 screws, washers, and nuts for assembly.

Install four crossbars into the front half part using M6*16 screws and washers, and tighten the screws.

Finally, connect the front and rear sections using the connecting brackets. Use M6*12 screws and M6*16*1 washers and nuts for assembly. Each side requires two connecting brackets, and an inner connecting bracket should also be installed.
