Finding the Serial Number or IMEI Number
The serial number or the mobile device's international identification number (IMEI) is located on the packaging. Alternatively, press *#06#
on the phone, or go to Settings > Regulations and Safety > IMEI.

1 Your Device
1.1 Buttons and Connectors
The phone has the following buttons and connectors:

Button Functions:
- 1. OK button: Confirm option (press the center of the button). Press: Access application list (from Home screen).
- 2. Left soft key (OK button): Confirm option. Press: Access application list (from Home screen).
- 3. Call initiation button: Answer/initiate call. Press: Open call log (from Home screen).
- 4. Right soft key (Back button): Press: Access Contacts (from Home screen).
- 5. End button: Return to Home screen. Press: End call.
- 6. Navigation button: Move up, down, left, or right in the menu. Press (from standby screen): Up: Access Messages ✉️. Down: Access Camera ?. Right: Access Phone/My Files ?/Entertainment(1). Left: Access Tools ⚙️.

1.2 First Steps
1.2.1 Setup
Removing the back cover and installing the battery

Charging the battery
Connect the battery charger to the phone and the wall socket.
- Be careful, do not force the connector into the socket.
- Before connecting the charger, ensure the battery is properly installed.
- The wall socket should be near the phone and easily accessible (use of an extension cord is discouraged).
Inserting and removing the SIM card/micro SD card
Insert the SIM card with the chip facing down and slide it into its slot. Make sure it is inserted correctly. To remove the card, press and then pull it out.
Turn off the device before inserting or removing the SIM card/micro SD card.
1.2.2 Turning on the phone
To turn on the phone, press and hold the End button until the phone turns on. It takes a few seconds for the screen to light up. Press and hold / press (1) Left soft key to unlock the phone.
The phone will also turn on if no SIM card is installed, and you can use some of the phone's functions.
1.2.3 Turning off the phone
To turn off the phone, press and hold the End button.
1.3 Home Screen
To reduce power consumption and energy waste, unplug the charger when the battery is fully charged; turn off Bluetooth ?. In the Settings ⚙️ menu, you can also reduce screen brightness and shorten the time before the screen turns off.
1 Status bar
The status bar appears at the top of the home screen. Icons indicate the phone's status, and new notifications appear in the status bar.

1.4 Application List
To access the Application List, press the Left soft key or the OK button on the Home screen.
1.4.1 Status bar
The status bar appears at the top of the home screen. Icons indicate the phone's status, and new notifications appear in the status bar.

1.4.2 Modifying the Home Screen background
- On the Home screen, press the OK button, select the Settings ⚙️ icon, then press the Navigation button to select Display > Background settings.
- Choose a new picture from the Gallery ?️ or a user-defined location, and press the Left soft key, then select the Set as wallpaper option. After exiting, the new picture will appear on the home screen.

2 Call Logs
2.1 Making a Call
Dial the desired number, press the Call initiation button ?, or press the Right soft key to select a contact from the Phonebook. You can select the desired contact by moving the Navigation button up or down, then press the Call initiation button. If you make a mistake, you can delete the incorrect digits using the Right soft key. To end the call, press the End button.

International Call
To make an international call, press the *+
icon twice to enter the "+" character, then dial the international country code and the full phone number, then press the Call initiation button ?.
Emergency Call
If there is signal, dial the emergency number and press the Call initiation button ? to make the emergency call.
2.2 Answering or Rejecting a Call
When receiving a call:
- To answer, press the Left soft key or the Call initiation button ?.
- To reject, press the Right soft key or the End button.
2.3 Accessing Voicemail
- Press and hold

3 Phonebook
3.1 Viewing the Phonebook
The Phonebook allows quick and easy access to desired contacts.
You can access this function as follows:
- On the Home screen, press the OK button, and select the Phonebook ? option.
- On the Home screen, press the Right soft key.

1 To access more options, press the Left soft key.
2 To access contact details, press the OK button.
3 On the Home screen or in the Application List, press the Right soft key.
3.2 Adding a Contact
On the contact list screen, select Options > New to add a new contact with detailed information.

When finished, press the Left soft key to save.
3.3 Editing a Contact
Select a contact, press the OK button to access Details, select Options > Edit, then press the OK button to edit.

3.4 Deleting a Contact
On the Phonebook screen, press the Left soft key to access Options, select Delete, then press the OK button to delete.
3.5 Available Options
From the Phonebook, you can access the following options:
- New: Create a new contact on the Phone or SIM card.
- Message: Send an SMS ✉️ to a contact selected from the Phonebook.
- Call: Initiate a call ? to the selected contact.
- Delete: Delete the selected contact.
- Delete Duplicate Data: Delete one or more contacts at once.
- Import/Export:
- Import Contacts: Import contacts to the phone.
- Export Contacts: Export contacts from the phone or SIM card.
- Send VCard: Send the contact via SMS / MMS / Bluetooth ?.
- Other:
- Speed Dial: Set up one or more speed dial contacts.
- Memory Status: View the memory status of the phone and SIM card ?.
- My Phone Number: Set your name and mobile number.

4 Tools ⚙️
4.1 Alarm ⏰
Your mobile device has a built-in alarm clock with a snooze function. You can set up to three alarms with different alarm times.
4.2 Clock ?️
The initial clock displays the time based on your location when the SIM card ? is inserted. You can select other cities to display the time in their respective time zones.
4.3 Flashlight ?
Turn flashlight on/off.
4.4 Bluetooth ?
After pairing, you can exchange data, such as videos ?, pictures ?️, and audio files ?, with Bluetooth-enabled devices.
4.5 Calculator ?
Use the up, down, left, right, and center function buttons to select +, -, ×, ÷, and the = sign.
4.6 Recorder ?
Use this function to record audio files. The phone supports AMR. When finished, the file will be automatically stored in Audio.
4.7 Call Filter
You can set up a blacklist through this menu.
4.8 Converter
The Converter function supports mass and length conversions.
5 Messages ✉️
The messaging function allows you to send and receive text (SMS/MMS) messages.
5.1 Writing a Message
- On the Home screen, press the OK button, and select the Message option.
- Enter the recipient's phone number in the Recipient field, or press the Center function button to add recipients.
- Tap the Message field to type the message text.
- When finished, press the Left soft key to select Options > Send to send the messages.

5.2 Sending a Multimedia Message
MMS allows you to send video clips ?, pictures ?️, photos, contacts ?, and sounds ?. On the Message screen, select Options > Add and choose the attachment.
SMS will be automatically converted to MMS when media files (pictures, videos, audio, etc.) are attached.
5.3 Writing a Message
In edit mode, press the Keyboard button to change the input mode to access numbers 1, 2, 3, or long-press the corresponding button to get the desired number.
You can type text with predictive text input, or press the #
button to set up the desired text input.
- In normal input mode, press the number keys 2-9 until the desired character appears. If the next letter you want to enter is on the same key as the currently entered character, press the key multiple times until the cursor appears.
- Press the

button to select between Abc/abc/ABC/123 modes or the writing language. - To enter punctuation or special characters, press the
*+
button. - To delete previously typed letters or symbols, refer to the Right soft key for deleting one by one.
Settings
- SIM1/SIM2 Message Center: You can view the message center number here.
- Message Validity Period: You can set the message validity period to 1 hour, 6 hours, 24 hours, 72 hours, 1 week, or the maximum value.
- Delivery Report: You can enable or disable delivery reports.
- Reply Path: Check the checkbox to enable the reply path.
- Code Handling: You can set the character code to GSM-7 bit encoding, UCS2 encoding, or Automatic.
- Save Sent Messages: You can choose whether to save sent messages or not.
- Preferred Storage: You can select the path for saved messages.
- SMS Export: Set the desired SMS export path.
- Automatic Signature: Select the application of the automatic signature for messages.
- Signature: Enter your signature.
6 Camera ?
The mobile phone has a built-in camera to take pictures ?️ and video recordings ?.
6.1 Camera
To access the function, press the Center function button on the Home screen and select the Camera option.
Taking a Picture
The screen serves as a viewfinder. Position the object or landscape in the viewfinder, then press the Center function button to take the picture, and then press the Left soft key to save.
6.2 Video ?
Recording Video
- Press the Left soft key to select DV mode to switch from Camera mode to Video mode.
- To record video, press the Center function button.
- When finished, press the Left soft key, and it will be saved automatically. You can view the file in the Gallery ?️ section of the application list.
7 Gallery ?️
The Gallery can be used as a media player to view your photos ?️ and play your videos ?. Additionally, other operations are available for pictures and videos.
To view the photos or videos taken, press the OK button on the Home screen, then select the Gallery option.
8 Settings ⚙️
To access the function, press the OK button on the Home screen and select the Settings option.
8.1 Call Settings
- Dual SIM: In this manual, you can set the Standby mode, Answer with original SIM card, or SIM name.
- Call Forwarding: You can initiate and cancel call forwarding to voicemail ?, or to a specified phone number, or check the status of call forwarding.
- Call Waiting: Turn on/off notification for a second incoming call with a beep. You can also check the status of waiting calls.
- Call Barring: The following settings are possible:
- All outgoing calls: All outgoing calls are restricted.
- All incoming calls: All incoming calls are restricted.
- Incoming calls during roaming: All incoming calls are restricted during roaming.
- ISD calls: All ISD calls are restricted.
- Making international calls during roaming: Block all international calls except those directed to the home network.
- Cancel all restrictions: Deactivate all call restrictions.
- Hide Caller ID: You can choose to hide the identifier, display the number, or display the identifier per network.
- Other: In this menu, you can access the Call time minutes reminder, send SMS ✉️ after rejection, and activate/deactivate automatic recording of voice calls ?.
8.2 Phone Settings
- Time & Date: Allows you to modify date and time settings, including 12/24 hour format and date format (YYYY-MM-DD/MM-DD-YYYY/DD-MM-YYYY). You can also choose automatic time synchronization if you select the Phone Settings > Automatic Time Update option.
- Language Settings: In this menu, you can select the display language and writing language.
- Automatic Power On/Off: In this function, you can set the power on/off time.
- Power Management: In this menu, you can view the battery ? charge level.
- Restore Factory Settings: Resets the phone settings to default values. User data will be deleted. You can restore and restart the device by entering the default password "1234".
8.3 Display
This function allows you to select wallpaper settings, display power-on settings, display power-off settings, LCD backlight, date and time display, and keypad backlight time.
8.4 Security
To protect your phone, modify the PIN code and password. The default password is 1234.
This function also allows you to lock the phone by activating the PIN2 code for fixed dialing numbers.
- PIN Code: The SIM card's ? security code must be entered every time the phone is turned on.
- Modify PIN2 Code: The security code for certain SIM card functions (FDN) is requested when you try to access the card if the code is activated. Choose a new code (between 4 and 8 digits) if you wish to update it.
- Phone Lock: The unlock code is requested every time the phone is turned on.
- Change Phone Password: Change the phone's password (default is 1234).
- Privacy: This allows you to lock applications. Enter the password (default 1234), then check the checkbox to activate locking for the following: Call Logs ?, Message ✉️, Camera ?, Phonebook ?, My Files ?, Calendar ?, USB, Music Player ?, and Video Player ?.
- Automatic Keypad Lock: You can activate/deactivate the automatic keypad lock and set its time.
- Screen Lock with End Button: You can set screen lock with the End button.
- Fixed Dialing Numbers: Allows you to "lock" the phone so that you can only dial certain numbers or numbers with specific prefixes. The PIN2 code is required to activate this function.
8.5 Profiles
In this menu, you can set the following sound modes: Normal, Silent, Meeting, or Flight mode.
8.6 Network Settings
Network connection can be switched between Automatic and Manual.
8.7 Connectivity Options
In this menu, you can set data accounts, data roaming, data connection, and SIM card ?.
8.8 Regulations and Safety
Phone data can be viewed, such as product model, manufacturer name, IMEI, CU reference, etc.
8.9 Search for Updates
If you wish to update the system, select the search for updates option. After installing the update, the latest version of the software will be on your phone.
8.10 About
You can view the Privacy and User Terms.
9 Calendar ?
To access the Calendar, press the OK button on the Home screen, then select the Calendar option from the Application List.
When you open this menu, a monthly view calendar will appear, allowing you to view the date. Press the Left soft key and select Options for: Jump to date, Start of week.
10 My Files ?
To access the function, press the Center function button on the Home screen and select the My Files option.
The phone provides internal storage for file management and supports microSD cards ?. The content of the microSD card can be edited. You can create a new folder, delete, edit, search, mark, and view details of files and the folders they contain.
11 Troubleshooting
Before contacting the service center, follow these instructions:
- Fully charge the battery ? for optimal operation.
- Do not store large amounts of data in the phone's memory, as this may affect performance.
And perform the following checks:
My phone is frozen or cannot be turned on
- Check the battery contacts, remove, then reinsert the battery ?, and turn on the phone.
- Check the battery charge level ?, charge for at least 20 minutes.
The phone has not responded for several minutes
- Restart the phone by holding down the End button.
- Remove the battery ?, reinsert it, then restart the phone.
The phone turns off by itself
- Ensure the device is locked when not in use, and be careful not to accidentally turn it off with the End button when locking.
The phone is not charging properly
- Make sure you are using a TCL battery ? and the supplied TCL charger.
- Check that the battery ? is installed correctly. The battery must be installed before connecting the charger.
- Check that the battery ? is not completely discharged, as if the battery remains completely discharged for a long time, it may take about 20 minutes for the charging indicator to appear on the screen.
- Ensure charging occurs under normal conditions (between 0°C and 40°C).
- When abroad, check if the input voltage is compatible.
The phone cannot connect to the network, or the "No Service" message appears.
- Try connecting from a different location.
- Check network coverage with your provider.
- Check with your provider that your SIM card ? is valid.
- Try selecting the available network(s) manually.
- If the network is overloaded, try connecting later.
The phone cannot connect to the internet
- Check if your SIM card's ? internet access service is available.
- Check your phone's internet connection settings.
- Ensure you are in an area with network coverage.
- Try connecting later or from a different location.
Invalid SIM card ?
- Ensure the SIM card ? is inserted correctly.
- Check that your SIM card's ? chip is not damaged or scratched.
- Check that your SIM card's ? service is available.
Cannot initiate outgoing calls ?
- Make sure you have dialed a valid number and pressed the call button ?.
- For international calls, check country codes and area codes.
- Ensure your phone is connected to a network, and that the network is not overloaded or unavailable.
- Check your subscription status with your provider (balance, valid SIM card ?, etc.).
- Ensure you have not blocked outgoing calls ?.
- Ensure your phone is not in airplane mode ✈️.
Cannot receive incoming calls ?
- Ensure your phone is turned on and connected to a network, and that the network is not overloaded or unavailable.
- Check your subscription status with your provider (balance, valid SIM card ?, etc.).
- Ensure you have not forwarded incoming calls ?.
- Ensure you have not blocked certain calls ?.
- Ensure your phone is not in airplane mode ✈️.
Caller's name/phone number does not appear when receiving a call
- Check with your provider if you have subscribed to this service.
- The caller has encrypted their name or number.
Cannot find my contacts ?
- Check if your SIM card's ? is not malfunctioning.
- Ensure your SIM card ? is inserted correctly.
- Import all contacts stored on the SIM card ? to the phone.
Poor call quality ?
- During a call, you can adjust the volume by pressing the Volume Up/Down button.
- Check the signal strength.
- Ensure your phone's receiver, connector, and speaker are clean.
Cannot use functions described in the manual
- Check with your provider if your subscription includes the service.
- Check if a TCL accessory is required to use the function.
If I select a phone number from contacts, I cannot dial it
- Ensure you have saved the phone number correctly.
- Ensure you have selected the country code if calling abroad.
Cannot add a contact to my contacts
- Make sure the SIM card's ? phonebook is not full; delete some entries or save the number to the phone's contacts.
Callers cannot leave a voicemail message
- Contact your network provider regarding service availability.
Cannot access my voicemail.
- Ensure you have entered the correct voicemail number for your provider.
- If the network is busy, try again later.
SIM card PIN code locked
- Contact your network provider to obtain the PUK code (Personal Unblocking Key).
Phone not visible to others via Bluetooth ?
- Ensure Bluetooth ? is turned on and your phone is discoverable by other users.
- Ensure the two phones are within Bluetooth detection range.
How to ensure the device's water resistance?
- Battery cover waterproof ring: Before installing the included battery cover, ensure the waterproof ring is flat and secure inside the cover so it does not easily fall out.
- Battery cover screws: Ensure the screws are not overtightened.
- Waterproof silicone plug: Make sure it is pressed firmly against the device.
