1 Your Mobile Phone
1.1 Buttons and Connections
The mobile phone features the following buttons and connections:
Front View:

Keypad Layout:
1. OK Key: Confirm an option (press the center of the key). Press: Access the App List (from the Home screen).
2. Left Soft Key: Confirm an option. Press: Access the App List (from the Home screen).
3. Call Key: Answer/send a call. Press: Access the Call Log (from the Home screen).
4. Right Soft Key (Back Key): Press: Access Contacts (from the Home screen).
5. End Key: End call. Long press: Hang up/cancel dialing process/return to Home screen.
6. Navigation Key: Navigate menus up, down, left, or right. Press (from standby screen): Up: Access Messages. Down: Access Camera. Right: Access Entertainment(1). Left: Access Tools.
7. '5' Key: Press in standby screen: Enter '5'. Long press: Turn flashlight on/off.
8. '*' Key: In standby screen: Press: Enter '*'. Press and hold: Lock screen. In editing mode: Press: Insert symbols.
9. '#' Key: In standby screen: Press: Enter '#'. Press and hold: Turn vibration mode on/off. In editing mode: Press: Change input method.

1.2 Getting Started
1.2.1 Setup
Removing the Back Cover and Installing the Battery
Step 1: Gently pry open the back cover.
Step 2: Remove the battery.
Step 3: Insert the battery correctly.
Step 4: Replace the back cover.
Inserting or Removing the SIM/Micro-SD Card
Insert the SIM card with the chip facing down and slide it into its slot. Ensure it is inserted correctly. To remove the card, push it and pull it out.
Turn off the phone before inserting or removing the SIM/Micro-SD card.
Charging the Battery
Plug the battery charger into a power outlet and connect it to the phone.
- Do not force the battery charger into the power outlet.
- Ensure the battery is correctly inserted before connecting the charger.
- The power outlet should be near the phone and easily accessible. Do not use an extension cord.
To reduce power consumption and energy waste when the battery is fully charged, unplug the charger from the power outlet. Turn off Bluetooth or background applications when not using the device, and reduce the duration of the screen backlight, etc.
1.2.2 Powering On the Phone
To turn on the phone, press and hold the End Key until the phone powers on. The display will light up after a few seconds. Press the Left Soft Key or long-press it to unlock the phone.
Even if no SIM card is inserted, the phone can be turned on, and some functions can be used.
1.2.3 Powering Off the Phone
To turn off the phone, press and hold the End Key.
1.3 Home Screen
The Home screen displays the current time, date, network status, and notifications.
1.4 App List
Press the Left Soft Key or the OK Key from the Home screen to access the App List.
1.4.1 Status Bar(1)
The Status Bar appears at the top of the Home screen. Icons indicate the phone's status, and new notifications appear in the Status Bar.

1.4.2 Changing the Home Screen Background
- From the Home screen, press the OK Key, select the Settings icon ⚙️, and then press the Navigation Key to select Display > Settings for Wallpapers.
- Choose a new image from Static Wallpaper or More Pictures and press the OK Key. After exiting, the new image will appear on your Home screen.
2 Call Logs
2.1 Making a Call
Dial the desired number and press the Call Key to make the call, or press the Right Soft Key to select a contact from Contacts. Use the Navigation Key to select the desired contact and press the Call Key. Correct any input errors using the Right Soft Key. To end the call, press the End Key.
Emergency Call
If your phone is within network range, dial the emergency number and press the Call Key to make an emergency call. Depending on the network and country, this may be possible without a SIM card or entering a SIM PIN code.
International Call
To make an international call, press '+' twice, then enter the country code, followed by the phone number, and press the Call Key.
2.2 Answering or Rejecting a Call
For an incoming call:
- Press the Left Soft Key or the Call Key to answer.
- Press the Right Soft Key or the End Key to reject.
2.3 Accessing Voicemail(1)
- Press and hold the '1' Key to call voicemail.
- Follow the prompts to set up your voicemail account.

3 Messages
Use the Messaging function to send and receive text messages (SMS/MMS).
3.1 Composing a Message
- From the Home screen, press the OK Key and select Messages > Write Message.
- Enter the recipient's phone number in the address bar or press the OK Key to add recipients from Contacts.
- Press the Navigation Key downwards to enter text in the message bar.
- When finished, press the OK Key or the Left Soft Key and select Options > Send to send your message.
3.2 Sending a Multimedia Message
With MMS, you can send video clips, pictures, photos, contacts, and sounds. On the message screen, select Options > Add and choose the attachment.
An SMS will be automatically converted to MMS when media files (picture, video, audio, etc.) are attached.
3.3 Entering a Message
In editing mode, you can press the keys to change the input method and access numbers 1, 2, 3... or long-press the corresponding key to get the desired number.
You can enter text using text prediction or press '#' to set the desired text input.
- For traditional text input, press the corresponding number key (2-9) repeatedly until the desired character appears. If the next desired character is on the same key as the current character, press the key repeatedly until the next cursor appears.
- Press the '#' Key to select modes like Abc/abc/ABC/123 or to choose the input language.
- To insert punctuation or special characters, press the '*' Key.
- To delete previously entered characters or symbols, press the Right Soft Key to delete them one by one.
Message Settings
- SIM1/SIM2 Message Center: You can view your Message Center number here.
- Message Validity: You can set the validity period of your message to 1 hour, 6 hours, 24 hours, 72 hours, 1 week, or Maximum.
- Status Report: You can choose whether to activate or deactivate status reports.
- Reply Path: Mark the checkbox to activate the reply path.
- Coding Management: You can set the character code as GSM-7-Bit Coding, UCS2 Coding, or Auto.
- Save Sent Messages: You can choose whether to save sent messages or not.
- Preferred Storage: Set the path for the storage location of your saved messages.
- Export SMS: Set the SMS path from which you want to export.
- Automatic Signature: Select this option to add an automatic signature to your messages.
- Signature: Enter your signature.
4 Contacts
4.1 Viewing Contacts
Contacts allow quick and easy access to the contacts you wish to reach. You can access this menu in one of the following ways:
- From the Home screen, press the OK Key and select Contacts.
- From the Home screen, press the Right Soft Key.
Press the Right Soft Key to return to the App List or Home screen.
4.2 Adding a Contact
On your contact list screen, select Options > New to add new contacts with detailed information.
When finished, press the Left Soft Key to save.
- Press the Left Soft Key to access more options.
- Press the OK Key to enter contact details.
4.3 Editing Contacts
Select a contact, press the OK Key to access Details, select Options > Edit, and press the OK Key to edit.
4.4 Deleting a Contact
On your contact list screen, press the Left Soft Key to access Options, select Delete, and press the OK Key to delete.
4.5 Available Options
In the contact list, you can choose the following options:
- New: Create a new contact on your phone or SIM card.
- Compose Message: Send an SMS to a contact selected from Contacts.
- Call: Call the selected contact.
- Delete: Delete the selected contact.
- Delete Multiple: Delete one or more contacts at once.
- Import/Export:
- Import Contacts: Import contacts to your phone.
- Export Contacts: Export contacts from your phone or SIM card.
- Send vCard: Send a contact via SMS/MMS/Bluetooth, depending on the device you purchased.
Other Options
- Speed Dial: Set one or more speed dial contacts at once.
- Storage Space: Check the storage status of your phone and SIM card.
- Own Number: Set your own name and mobile number.
5 SOS ?
From the Home screen, press the OK Key and select SOS.
To set the contacts for the SOS call, press the Navigation Key up/down and select Contact List.
To edit the predefined message, press the Navigation Key up/down and select Message.
SOS mode is activated by default. To ensure it is turned on, press the Navigation Key up/down and select Activation, then press the OK Key to check the box.
In case of sudden illness or other emergencies, you can press and hold the SOS Button to trigger an alarm, automatically send help messages, and dial the preset emergency numbers.
6 Gallery
In the Gallery, you can view all your photos and videos. Various options are also available for editing your photos and videos.
To access this function, from the Home screen, press the OK Key and select Gallery.
7 Camera ?
Your mobile phone is equipped with a camera for photo and video recording.
7.1 Camera
To access this function, from the Home screen, press the OK Key and select Camera.
Taking a Photo
The screen acts as the camera viewfinder. Position the object or landscape in the viewfinder, press the OK Key to capture images, and press the Left Soft Key to save.
7.2 Video
Recording a Video
- Press the Left Soft Key, select More Options > DV Mode.
- Press the OK Key to record a video.
- When finished, press the Left Soft Key; it will be saved automatically.
You can view the file by pressing Gallery in the App List.
8 Tools ?️
8.1 Alarm
The mobile phone features an integrated alarm with a snooze function. You can set up to three alarms with different wake-up times.
8.2 Clock
The first clock displays your current location's time upon inserting your SIM card. You can select other cities to view the time in their respective time zones.
8.3 Flashlight
Press the OK Key to turn your phone's flashlight on and off, ensuring you always have a reliable light source when needed.
8.4 Calculator
Press the corresponding soft keys "Up", "Down", "Left", "Right", and "Center" to select "+", "-", "×", "÷", and "=" respectively.
8.5 Calendar
The Calendar helps you keep track of important meetings, appointments, etc.
To create a new event, select the date using the Navigation Key and then press the OK Key. Enter all required information for this new event and press the Left Soft Key to save.
*This device supports a maximum of 20 calendar entries.
8.6 Sound Recorder
This function allows recording audio files. Upon completion, the file is automatically saved.
8.7 File Manager
My Files manages all files stored on the phone, both on the external microSD™ card and internal storage.
8.8 Converter
Converter supports weight and length conversions.
9 Entertainment(1)
This menu offers a variety of entertainment options, including Music, FM Radio, Facebook, Games, and Opera Mini, depending on the device you purchased.
To access this menu, from the Home screen, press the OK Key and select Entertainment.

10 Settings ⚙️
To access this function, from the Home screen, press the OK Key and select Settings.
10.1 Profiles
Profiles offer a range of settings to adapt to different scenarios. You can set the sound mode to Normal, Silent, Meeting, Indoor, or Outdoor.
10.2 Bluetooth
After pairing with other Bluetooth-enabled devices, you can exchange data such as video, pictures, and audio within a limited range.
10.3 Phone Settings
- Time & Date: Set date and time, including 12/24-hour format and date formats (Year-Month-Day / Month-Day-Year / Day-Month-Year). You can also set the time display to update automatically by selecting Phone Settings > Time Settings > Auto Update Time.
- Language Settings: You can customize various language-related options, such as display language and input language.
Please note that the availability of certain languages and functions may vary depending on the device model and software version.
- Shortcut Settings: In the Shortcut Settings menu, you can customize shortcuts for quick access to various functions on your device, such as Contacts, Messages, Camera, etc.
- Auto Power On/Off: In this menu, you can set the desired time and days for the automatic power on/off function.
- Power Management: In this menu, you can view the battery status.
- Browser Selection(1): In this menu, you can select your preferred web browser for surfing the internet on your device.
- Reset to Factory Settings: With this function, you can reset your device to its original factory state. Before initiating the restoration process, it is important to note that all data and personal settings will be permanently deleted. It is strongly recommended to back up all important files, contacts, or data before proceeding. Enter the default password 1234 to confirm the restoration and restart.

10.4 Display
In this menu, you can adjust animation effects, wallpapers, automatic lock, etc. These functions and settings help enhance your display experience and allow you to personalize and optimize your device according to your preferences and needs.
10.5 Display Mode
You can choose between two display modes: Super Symbol Mode and 3x3 Mode. In Super Symbol Mode, each option is displayed with large and prominent icons, while in 3x3 Mode, menu options are arranged in a conventional grid layout with smaller icons and accompanying text descriptions.
10.6 Security
You can protect your phone by activating and changing the PIN and password. The initial PIN is 1234 or 0000.
With this function, you can also lock your phone by activating the PIN2 for fixed dialing.
- PIN: The SIM card's security code is requested each time the phone is turned on.
- Change PIN2: For certain SIM card functions (FDN), a security code is requested when you try to access the card after the code has been activated. Update it with a new code (between 4 and 8 characters).
- Phone Locked: An unlock code is requested each time the phone is turned on.
- Change Phone Password: Change the phone's password (the default is 1234).
10.7 Call Settings
- Privacy: This allows applications to be locked. Enter the password (default is 1234) and check the box to activate the lock for call logs, messages, camera, contacts, personal files, calendar, etc.
- Lock Screen with End Key: Once this function is activated, the screen will be immediately locked by pressing the End Key. This function allows you to quickly secure your device with a single press of the End Key.
- Fixed Dialing Number: This allows the phone to be locked so that only specific numbers or numbers with certain area codes can be dialed. A PIN2 code is required to activate this function.
- Dual-SIM: With Dual-SIM functionality, you have the flexibility to manage two phone numbers on a single device.
- Call Forwarding: You can activate, cancel, or check the status of call forwarding to voicemail or a specific number.
- Call Waiting: Activate/Deactivate notification of a second incoming call with a beep. You can also check the status of waiting calls.
- Call Barring: This function allows you to restrict certain types of calls on your device. By activating call barring, you can control incoming and outgoing calls to ensure privacy and security and avoid unwanted interruptions.
- Hide ID: With Hide ID, you can intentionally hide or mask your identity when interacting with others to protect your anonymity and sensitive data.
- Other: The Other menu offers practical functions such as call time minute reminder, automatic redial, vibration on connection, and reply SMS after rejection.
10.8 Connections
In this menu, you can set up network accounts, data roaming, network selection, etc.
10.9 STK
The STK menu (SIM Toolkit) provides convenient SIM card management functions such as SIM card services and SIM applications.

10.11 Call Filter
Take control of your calls with Call Filter, block unwanted calls, and create custom blacklists.
10.12 Manufacturer and Device Information
View information about your phone, such as product model, manufacturer name, IMEI, CU-Reference, etc.

11 Troubleshooting
Before contacting customer service, please check the following:
- Fully charge the battery for optimal operation.
- Avoid storing large amounts of data on the phone, as this can affect performance.
Possible causes for the following error messages:
My phone will not turn on or is unresponsive
- Check the battery contacts, remove the battery, reinsert it, and then turn on the phone.
- Check the battery capacity and charge it for at least 20 minutes.
My phone has not responded for several minutes
- Restart the phone by pressing and holding the End Key.
- Remove the battery, reinsert it, and then restart the phone.
My phone turns itself off
- Check if your phone is locked when not in use, and ensure you do not accidentally turn off your phone when intending to lock it with the End Key.
- Check the battery charge indicator.
My phone is not charging properly
- Ensure you are using a TCL battery and the supplied charger.
- Make sure the battery is inserted correctly. The battery must be inserted before connecting the charger.
- The battery should not be completely discharged. If the battery has been discharged for a long time, it may take about 20 minutes for the battery charge icon to appear on the display.
- The charging process must be carried out under normal conditions (0 °C to +40 °C).
- When abroad, check if the input voltage is compatible.
My phone cannot establish a network connection or displays "No Service"
- Try establishing a connection at a different location.
- Check the network coverage with the operator.
- Check with the operator if the SIM card is active.
- Manually select available networks.
- Try connecting again later if the network is overloaded.
My phone cannot establish an internet connection
- The SIM card's internet access service must be available.
- Check the phone's internet connection settings.
- You must be in a location with network coverage.
- Try connecting at a later time or in a different location.
Invalid SIM Card
- The SIM card must be inserted correctly.
- The chip on the SIM card must not be damaged or scratched.
- The SIM card service must be available.
Outgoing calls cannot be made
- Ensure you have dialed a valid number and pressed the Call Key.
- For international calls, check the country and area code.
- The phone must be connected to an available network and the network must not be overloaded.
- Check your contract status with the operator (credit, SIM card validity, etc.).
- Ensure you have not blocked outgoing calls.
- Ensure your phone is not in flight mode.
Incoming calls cannot be received
- Ensure the phone is turned on and connected to a network (check if the network is overloaded or unavailable).
- Check your contract status with the operator (credit, SIM card validity, etc.).
- Ensure incoming calls are not being forwarded.
- Ensure you have not blocked specific calls.
- Ensure your phone is not in flight mode.
Caller Name or Number does not appear when receiving a call
- Check if your contract includes this service.
- The caller has hidden their name or number.
I cannot add a new contact to my contacts
- Ensure the SIM card's contact memory is not full. Delete contacts or save contacts to the phone.
My callers cannot leave messages on my voicemail
- Contact your network provider to check the availability of this service.
I cannot access my voicemail
- Ensure your operator's voicemail number is entered correctly.
- Try again later if the network is overloaded.
SIM Card Locked by PIN
- Contact your network provider to obtain the PUK (Personal Unblocking Key).
The phone cannot be recognized by others via Bluetooth
- Ensure Bluetooth is activated and your phone is visible to others.
- Ensure both devices are within Bluetooth range.
How can I transfer data between my phone and PC?
- If you want to transfer data between a memory card/SD card and your PC, connect your phone to the PC via the USB data cable and select "SD Card" on your phone. You can then transfer data between the two devices.
