Bluetooth Pairing

1. Pull the protective tab and close the charging case.

2. The red LED on the case indicates it is charging. Remove the earbuds from the case.

3. One earbud will blink blue/white, indicating it is ready to pair with a device.

4. Select "JLab GO Air Tones" in your device's Bluetooth settings to connect.

   A solid white light on the earbuds, accompanied by two short audio cues, indicates the connection is established.

Adding New / Additional Bluetooth Devices:

Turn off the Bluetooth module on your previously paired device. Turn on Bluetooth on the new device. Remove the earbuds from the case. Bluetooth pairing will begin automatically. Select "JLab GO Air Tones" in the device settings to connect.

Button Functions

Left Earbud

• Volume Down: Single tap.
• Voice Assistant (Siri/OK Google): Double tap. [Voice Assistant Icon]
• Previous Track: Press and hold for 1 second.

Right Earbud

• Volume Up: Single tap.
• Play/Pause: Double tap. [Play/Pause Icon]
• Next Track: Press and hold for 1 second.

Call Management

• Answer/End Call: Single tap (either earbud). [Call Icon]
• Disconnect: Double tap (either earbud).
• Reject Incoming Call: Press and hold for 1 second (either earbud).

EQ Settings

• Change EQ: Triple tap (either earbud). [EQ Icon]

EQ3 Sound Modes

Triple tap the right or left earbud to cycle through 3 EQ settings:

• JLab SIGNATURE (One Audio Cue): JLab's C3™™ signature sound with amplified vocals and bass. [One Audio Cue]
• BALANCED (Two Audio Cues): Balanced sound with no additional correction. [Two Audio Cues]
• BASS BOOST (Three Audio Cues): Enhanced bass and sub-bass. [Three Audio Cues]

Charging Earbuds

1. The earbuds will turn off and begin charging when placed in the case.

   Charging Indicators:

   • Solid red light: Case is 100-25% charged. [Solid Red Light]
   • Flashing red 4 times: Case is less than 25% charged (charge the case). [Flashing Red Light]

2. The earbuds will automatically turn on and connect to your device when removed from the case.

Charging the Case

Connect the GO Air Tones to a computer or device with a USB 5V/1A (or lower) power output.

Case Charging Indicators:

• Charging: Blue flashing light. [Flashing Blue Light]
• Fully Charged: Solid blue light. [Solid Blue Light]

Fitting Your Earbuds

Ear Tip Selection: Try all the ear tips and select the ones that provide the best fit and seal for optimal sound and comfort.

Insertion: Place the earbud in your ear canal and gently twist to find the best fit and secure placement.

Tips and Warnings

Tips:

• You can listen to music or make phone calls using a single earbud. Simply remove either earbud from the case to connect to your device.
• Earbuds can only be paired with ONE Bluetooth device at a time. Turn off Bluetooth on devices you do not wish to connect to, and enable Bluetooth on the device you want to pair with.
• Ensure earbuds are completely dry before placing them in the charging case to prevent damage. The earbuds are sweat and water-resistant, but the charging case is not.

Troubleshooting: Connection or Pairing Issues (Manual Reset)

1. Place both earbuds in the charging case. On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and "Forget" the "JLab GO Air Tones" device.
2. Quickly tap one earbud 7 times. The earbud will flash blue 4 times.
3. Quickly tap the other earbud 7 times. The earbud will flash blue 4 times.
4. Remove both earbuds from the charging case. One earbud will show a solid white light, and the other will blink blue/white, indicating it is ready to pair.

Important Notes:

• Avoid very high or very low temperatures and humidity.
• Do not drop or crush the earbuds.
• Earwax can accumulate in the ear tips and degrade sound quality. To restore sound quality, carefully remove earwax with a cotton swab or small tool.
• If you experience discomfort or pain, try reducing the volume or taking a break from using the product.
• If you regularly experience discomfort while using this product, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
