Return Policy

VINGLI aims for complete customer satisfaction with your rattan dresser. If for any reason you wish to return the product, please contact VINGLI directly before returning to the retailer. The Customer Service organization can assist with any questions you may have about your new product.

The item must be returned in good condition, in its original box, with all original proof of purchase, parts, and accessories, within the time frame specified by the retailer from which it was purchased.

Warranty

VINGLI warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees to remedy any such defect. This warranty covers one year from the date of original purchase. This is solely limited to repair or replacement of defective parts and does not include assembly labor.

This warranty does not apply to any product which has been improperly assembled, subjected to misuse or abuse, or which has been altered or repaired in any way.

Components repaired or replaced are warranted through the remainder of the original warranty period only. Defective components will be repaired or replaced without charge, subject to the terms and conditions described above.

Before Starting Assembly

Before Using Product

Read each step carefully before starting. It is very important that each step is performed in the correct order. Assembly difficulties will occur if steps are not followed in sequence.
Ensure all parts are included. Most board parts are labeled or stamped on the raw edge.
Prepare a flat and Philips screwdriver (not included). A Power Screwdriver is recommended.
Recommended number of people needed for assembly: 1 (however, an extra hand is always better).
Estimated assembly time: 0.5 to 1 hour (Note: Page 4 states 120-180 mins. Will use the longer, more realistic estimate from page 4 for overall product details, but keep this note here as it's from the "Before Starting" section).
Work in a spacious area near where the unit will be used, preferably on a carpet, or use cardboard packaging to protect your floor and product.
For a smooth assembly process, keep all screws lightly tightened during assembly. After the entire product is assembled, firmly tighten all screws.

⚠ WARNING:

Do not allow children to climb on the unit.
Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tip-over. To prevent this furniture from tipping over, it must be permanently fixed to the wall. Fixing devices for the wall are not included since different wall materials require different types of fixing devices. Use fixing devices suitable for the walls in your home. For advice on suitable fixing systems, contact your local specialized dealer.
Avoid sharp objects or corrosive chemicals to prevent damage to the product.
During assembly, keep parts and packaging materials away from children and pets as there could be potential injury and choking hazards.

Assembly Steps

Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. Ensure all parts and accessories listed for each step are ready before proceeding.

STEP 1: Prepare Drawer Slides (I)

Separate the two sections (I1: Drawer slide, I2: Drawer-slide bracket) of each drawer slide (I).

STEP 2: Attach Cam Bolts to Side Panels

Turn two cam bolts (B) clockwise into the #2 left panel and #3 right panel.

STEP 3: Install Drawer Slides on Side Panels

Align the holes of the drawer slide (I1) with the #2 left panel and #3 right panel. Fix the slide with screw (H). Note: Ensure pre-drilled holes are at the center of track holes, tracks are straight and level, and screws are installed at the center of the hole position for proper drawer alignment.

STEP 4: Install Drawer Slides on Middle Panel

Align the holes of the drawer slide (I1) with the #4 middle panel. Fix the slide on the front and back of the #4 middle panel with screw (H). Insert cam bolt (B) into the holes of the #4 middle panel (back and front).

STEP 5: Connect Right Panel and Middle Panel with Cross Bar

Insert wood dowel (A) into the holes of one #7 cross bar. Connect the #3 right panel and #4 middle panel to the #7 cross bar, then tighten cam lock (C) clockwise.

STEP 6: Connect Left Panel and Middle Panel with Cross Bar

Insert wood dowel (A) into the holes of the other #7 cross bar. Connect the #2 left panel and #4 middle panel to the #7 cross bar, then tighten cam lock (C) clockwise. Note: To prevent joint breakage, it is important to have two people lift the cabinet if necessary after completing this step.

STEP 7: Attach Legs to Bottom Board

Line up the holes of five #6 legs with the #5 bottom board. Attach the legs to the #5 bottom board using screw (G) and Allen wrench (O). Note: Do not push or drag the furniture once legs are assembled; lift it carefully to prevent damage.

STEP 8: Connect Bottom Board to Panels

Insert six wood dowels (A) into the holes of the #2, #3, and #4 panels. Align the holes of the #5 bottom board with the #2, #3, and #4 panels, then connect them by tightening screw (D) clockwise.

STEP 9: Attach Top Board and Anti-Tip Brackets

Tighten cam bolt (B) clockwise on the #1 top board. Tip: Place a soft rug or packaging paper under the board to prevent scratches. Attach the anti-tip bracket (K) to the back panel with washer (L).

STEP 10: Attach Top Board to Assembled Frame

Ensure the nightstand frame stands straight. Insert wood dowel (A) into the holes of the #2, #3, and #4 panels. Attach the #1 top board to the #2, #3, and #4 panels by turning cam lock (C) clockwise.

STEP 11: Install Back Panels

Install the #13 upper back panel and #14 lower back panel using screw (J).

STEP 12: Secure Dresser to Wall (Anti-Tip)

Insert the wall plug (N) into a pre-drilled hole in a solid wall. Then attach the dresser to the wall and tighten with screw (M).

STEP 13: Prepare Drawer Front Boards (Parts 8 & 16)

Tighten cam bolt (B) clockwise on the #8 drawer front board (x3) and #16 drawer front board (x3).

STEP 14: Install Drawer-Slide Brackets on Drawer Sides

Align the holes of the drawer-slide bracket (I2) with the #10 drawer left board and #11 drawer right board. Turn the screw (H) clockwise (x6 sets).

STEP 15: Attach Drawer Sides to Drawer Back Board

Attach the #10 drawer left board and #11 drawer right board to the #9 drawer back board with screw (D) (x6 sets).

STEP 16: Attach Support Slats to Drawer Back Board

Align the #15 Support Slat with the hole in the #9 Drawer back board, and tighten with screw (D) clockwise (x6 sets).

STEP 17: Insert Drawer Bottom Boards

Insert the #12 drawer bottom board into the grooves in the drawer side boards and back board (x6 sets).

STEP 18: Attach Knobs and Fronts to Drawer Boxes (Part 8)

Thread drawer knob (E) onto the #8 drawer front board with screw (F), then tighten the screw clockwise. Insert pre-installed cam bolts on the #8 drawer front into the holes of the drawer side boards, and tighten cam lock (C) clockwise (x3 sets).

STEP 19: Attach Knobs and Fronts to Drawer Boxes (Part 16)

Thread drawer knob (E) onto the #16 drawer front board with screw (F), then tighten the screw clockwise. Insert pre-installed cam bolts on the #16 drawer front into the holes of the drawer side boards, and tighten cam lock (C) clockwise (x3 sets).

STEP 20: Attach Drawers to Dresser

Attach the assembled drawers to the dresser. Attention: Align the slides on the drawer and dresser first, then horizontally push the drawer into place. Failure to do so may damage the rail.

STEP 21: Enjoy Your Assembled Dresser

Your VINGLI Rattan Dresser is now fully assembled. Enjoy!

Supplementary Instructions for Safe Use

⚠ WARNING: Children have died from furniture tip-over. To reduce the risk of furniture tip-over:

ALWAYS install tip-over restraint provided.
NEVER put a TV on this product.
NEVER allow children to stand, climb, or hang on drawers, doors, or shelves.
NEVER open more than one drawer at a time.
Place heaviest items in the lowest drawers.
Do not defeat or remove the drawer interlock system.
This is a permanent label. Do not remove!
