Introduction
This document provides instructions for the CYCPLUS AS2 Pro bicycle pump.
Warnings
⚠️ Important Safety Information:
For TPU hoses with plastic valves, use an extension hose (sold separately) to prevent the valves from melting due to overheating.

Valve Adaptation
The pump is ready for Presta valves out of the box. For Schrader valves, adjust the nozzle accordingly.
Direct Connection
- For Presta valve: Insert with the small hole facing outwards.
- For Schrader valve: Insert with the large hole facing outwards.
Connection with Hose
The hose can be connected directly and used. It is recommended to use the hose when connecting to a Schrader valve.
- To connect the hose: Attach the hose to the pump, then attach the appropriate valve adapter to the hose.
- For Presta valve: Remove the Schrader valve from the hose adapter.
- For Schrader valve: Insert the Schrader valve into the hose adapter.
- For ball valve: Use the provided ball valve adapter.
When the desired air pressure exceeds 100 PSI, use the hose to prevent air leakage from the nozzle.
Operation
Connect the Valve
A. Direct Connection to Valve: Adjust the nozzle mode and connect it to the valve. Hold the nozzle firmly while pumping.
Note: Always loosen the valve nut first.

NOTICE: Keep the charging port clear during pumping.

Press and hold the Power button to turn on the device. The screen will light up and display the real-time pressure reading.
Press '+' and '-' together to switch between PSI and BAR. Adjust the target pressure using the '+' and '-' buttons. The set pressure will be displayed for 3 seconds before returning to the current pressure reading.

Press the Power button to start pumping. The pump will automatically shut off when the selected pressure is reached.
Shut Down
Press and hold the Power button to turn off the device. If the pump is not set and there is no operation within 1 minute while it is on, it will automatically shut down.
Notes
- Charge the inflator fully before use.
- The pump may become warm during operation; use it with the silicone case.
- Press the pump against the valve before and during pumping, and adjust the position to prevent air leakage.
- It is normal to feel resistance when pulling the pump or Presta valve after pumping.
Charging
Charge the device with a suitable charger. During charging, the screen's battery indicator lights will blink and turn on step by step. When the battery is fully charged, all battery indicator lights will be illuminated.
