Installation Steps
1 - Drilling
A. Place the drilling template on the wall and mark the three fixing points.
B. Drill holes where the fixing points are marked.
C. Insert the wall anchors into the fixing holes.
2.a - Lower Connection
A. Fix the charger on the wall by inserting the screws and then the protective caps.
B. Make an incision on the grommet for the power supply cable.
C. Insert the power supply cable through the grommet.
2.b - Rear Connection
A. Remove the knock-out on the back of the charger and insert the 1-exit M25 grommet.
B. Make an incision on the grommet and insert the power supply cable.
C. Fix the device on the wall by inserting the screws and then the rubber plugs.
3 - Electrical Wiring
Ensure the maximum voltage is less than 264 V between L & N inputs.
A. Single Phase Set-up: Connect L1, N, PE.
B. Three-Phase Set-up: Connect L1, L2, L3, N, PE.
C. Three-Phase No Neutral: Connect L1, L2, L3, PE.
D. Bi-phase No Neutral: Connect L1, L2, PE.
E. Bi-phase Set-up: Connect L1, L2, N, PE.
4 - Plug Holder
A. Place the plug holder on the wall and mark the fixing points.
B. Drill holes where the fixing points are marked and insert the anchor screws into the fixing holes.
C. Fix the device on the wall by inserting and tightening the screws.
5 - Ethernet Connection
A. Remove the knock-out next to the power supply input and insert the 3-exit M25 grommet.
B. Make an incision in the rubber plug and insert the ethernet cable without the RJ45 connector. Ensure there is sufficient slack in the cable inside the charger for future maintenance.
C. Crimp the RJ45 connector to the cable and connect the cable to the ethernet port on the charger.
6 - 4G Connectivity
For the 4G interface (optional feature, requires an accessory), find instructions at https://support.wallbox.com. Contact your sales agent for details.
If your Commander 2 has a 4G dongle, follow the QR code provided for installation and activation instructions.
7 - Closing the Cover
A. Attach the open end of the communications cable to the connector on the cover. Position the current selector to the appropriate setting according to the electrical installation. Positions 0, 8, and 9 are reserved for Power Sharing.
B. Position the top clip points of the cover on the charger body. Clip first the lateral clips, then the bottom clips.
C. Insert and tighten the torx screw in the bottom of the charger to secure the front cover. Recommended tightening torque: 0.7 Nm +/- 10%.
8 - Registering the Charger
A. Locate the Serial Number (SN) and the UID of your charger.
B. Download the Wallbox App and register.
C. Add your charger by introducing the requested data.

9 - Opening the charger for service
A. Remove the torx screw on the bottom side of the charger.
B. Unclip the lateral and bottom clips with the opening tool, then gently pull the cover from the bottom part.
C. Disconnect the communications cable from the top part.
⚠️ The charger should only be serviced by a professional electrician. Do not attempt to service the charger on your own. Doing so might result in making the product warranty void.
Safety and Maintenance Instructions
Installation, maintenance, and servicing of the charger must be performed only by qualified personnel per applicable local regulations. Unauthorized installation and modifications void the manufacturer warranty.
Do not use if the enclosure or connector is broken, cracked, opened, or shows any indication of damage. Contact your distributor.
Do not touch the charging cable if the connector emits smoke or begins to melt. If possible, stop charging.
Power off the charger before opening the cover or cleaning the unit. Do not use cleaning solvents. Use a clean, dry cloth. Do not open the cover in rain.
Take appropriate precautions with electronic medical implants.
Use the Wallbox charger under the operating parameters and within normal ambient conditions specified in the General and Electrical Specifications.
Ventilation is not supported. It is not recommended to install the charger in direct sunlight or under extreme weather conditions.

Safety Recommendations
- Follow all safety and installation instructions carefully.
- Failure to follow instructions may be a safety hazard or cause equipment malfunction.
- Damage due to disregard or actions contrary to instructions is excluded from the product warranty.
Connector Recommendations and Installation Instructions
- Do not use if the charging cable is frayed, has broken insulation, or shows signs of damage, or if the vehicle plug or electrical outlet is dirty, wet, or damaged.
- Do not use the charging cable with a cable adapter or extension cable.
- Never tighten the charging cable while it is connected.
- Use the provided plug holder to protect the connector from dirt, weather, and slipping during use.
Installation Instructions

- Ensure the mounting surface can adequately support the charger's weight and withstand mechanical forces.
- The charger must be permanently connected to the electrical Earth of the installation.
- Install the charger in a sufficiently ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight, flammable/explosive materials, chemicals, gas pipes, steam outlets, radiators, batteries, and areas prone to flooding, high humidity, or running water.
Electrical Protection
- The power supply line must be wired to an existing installation and comply with local regulations.
- The charger must be electrically protected by an external Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) and a Residual Current Circuit Breaker (RCCB).
- MCB: Recommended C curve, 6kA rated short-circuit capacity. Rated current up to 32 A.
- RCCB: Type A or Type B, manual reset type only, according to local regulations.
- Local regulations may require an external emergency switch.
Disposal Advice
In accordance with Directive 2012/19/EC, the product should not be disposed of as urban waste at the end of its useful life. It should be taken to a collection center or distributor for special waste disposal.
Limited Warranty
Wallbox warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for 3 years from the date of purchase. Wallbox will repair or replace defective products at no charge. Replacement products are guaranteed for the unexpired portion of the original warranty or six months, whichever is greater. This warranty does not cover defects from accident, misuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear. Substitution or incorporation of parts by the client is considered incorrect usage. These terms are in addition to mandatory statutory rights.
