Installation Steps
1 - Drilling
- Place the drilling template on the wall and mark the three fixing points. (Distance: 1.30-1.70 m)
- Drill holes where the fixing points are marked (Ø8 mm).
- Insert the wall anchors into the fixing holes.
2.a - Lower Connection
- Fix the charger on the wall by inserting the screws (Ø6 x 45 mm) and then the protective caps (x3).
- Make an incision on the grommet for the power supply cable.
- Insert the power supply cable through the grommet.
2.b - Rear Connection
- Remove the knock-out on the back of the charger and insert the 1-exit M25 grommet.
- Make an incision on the grommet and insert the power supply cable.
- Fix the device on the wall by inserting the screws (Ø6 x 45 mm) and then the rubber plugs (x3).
3 - Electrical Wiring
Ensure proper wiring setup:
- A. Single Phase setup: L1, L2, N, PE
- B. Three-Phase setup: L1, L2, L3, N, PE
- C. Three-Phase No Neutral: L1, L2, L3, PE
- D. Bi-phase No Neutral: L1, L2, PE
- E. Bi-phase Setup: L1, L2, N, PE
- F. Safety Note: Ensure that the maximum voltage is less than 264 V between L & N inputs. [Warning: Voltage]
4 - Plug Holder
- Place the plug holder on the wall and mark the fixing points.
- Drill holes where the fixing points are marked and insert the anchor screws (Ø5 x 40 mm) into the fixing holes.
- Fix the device on the wall by inserting and tightening the screws.
5 - Ethernet Connection
- Remove the knock-out next to the power supply input and insert the 3-exit M25 grommet.
- Make an incision in the rubber plug and insert the ethernet cable without the RJ45 connector. Ensure sufficient slack for maintenance.
- Crimp the RJ45 connector to the cable and connect it to the ethernet port on the charger.

6 - Closing the Cover
- Attach the open end of the communications cable to the connector on the cover. Position the current selector to the appropriate setting (Positions 0, 8, 9 are reserved for Power Sharing).
- Position the top clip points of the cover on the charger body. Clip first the lateral clips, then the bottom clips.
- Insert and tighten the torx screw in the bottom of the charger to secure the front cover.
7 - Registering the Charger
- Locate the Serial Number (SN) and the UID of your charger.
- Download the Wallbox App and register.
- Add your charger by introducing the requested data.

8 - Opening the charger for service
[Important Note] The charger should only be serviced by a professional electrician. Do not attempt to service the charger on your own, as this may void the product warranty.
- Remove the torx screw on the bottom side of the charger.
- Unclip the lateral and bottom clips with the opening tool, then gently pull the cover from the bottom part.
- Disconnect the communications cable from the top part.

Safety and Maintenance Instructions
- Installation, maintenance, and servicing must be performed only by qualified personnel according to local regulations.

- Power off the charger before opening or cleaning.

- Do not open the cover in rain.
- Take precautions with electronic medical implants.
- Use the charger within specified operating parameters and normal ambient conditions.
Connector Recommendations
- Do not use if the charging cable is frayed, insulation is broken, or the vehicle plug/outlet is dirty, wet, or damaged.
- Disconnect only after stopping the charging process.
- Do not apply force to disconnect; it may cause serious injury or be fatal.
- Do not use with cable adapters or extension cables.
- Never tighten the connecting cable while connected to the vehicle.
- Keep the charging cable away from children and do not step on it.
Electrical Protections
The power supply line must comply with local regulations and be wired to an existing installation. The charger requires external protection via a Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) and a Residual Current Circuit Breaker (RCCB).
- MCB: Recommended C curve, 6kA short-circuit capacity. Rated current according to supply/charger settings, max 32A.
- RCCB: Type A or Type B, manual reset type, per local regulations.
- Local regulations may require an external emergency switch.
Limited Warranty
Wallbox warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase. Wallbox will repair or replace defective products at its discretion. Replacement parts/products are guaranteed for the unexpired portion of the original warranty or six months, whichever is greater. Warranty does not cover damage from accident, misuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear. Customer substitution/incorporation of parts voids warranty. Statutory rights are not affected.
Disposal Advice
In accordance with Directive 2012/19/EC, the product should not be disposed of as urban waste at the end of its life. It must be taken to a collection center or distributor for special and differentiated waste disposal.
