Product Structure
The DENVER CCT-1210 MK3 dash camera features a compact design with a screen on one side and the lens on the other. Key components are:
- 1. LCD Screen: Displays video feed, menus, and playback.
- 2. Up/Mute Button: Navigates menus upwards or mutes audio.
- 3. Menu Button: Accesses settings and options.
- 4. OK/Power Button: Confirms selections, powers the device on/off, starts/stops recording.
- 5. Mode Button: Switches between video recording, photo, and playback modes.
- 6. Down Button: Navigates menus downwards.
- 7. Reset Button: Resets the device to factory settings.
- 8. Lens: The primary camera lens for capturing video and photos.
- 9. Microphone: Records audio.
- 10. Night Lights: For improved low-light recording.
- 11. SD Card Slot: For inserting a Micro SD memory card (up to 32GB).
- 12. USB Port: For charging and connecting to a computer.
Operation Guide
1. Charging
Connect the camera to the car charger via the USB port.
2. Powering On/Off the Camera
If the camera is connected to the car charger, it will automatically turn on with the car.
If not connected, follow these instructions:
- To power on: Press and hold the OK/Power button.
- To power off: Press and hold the OK/Power button again.
3. Video Recording
If the camera is connected to the car charger, it will automatically start video recording. Recording will stop when the car is turned off.
If the camera is not connected to the car charger, after turning on the camera, press the OK/Power button to start video recording. Press the OK/Power button again to stop video recording.
4. Taking Photos
After turning on the camera, briefly press the Mode button to switch to photo mode. Then, briefly press the OK/Power button to take a photo.
5. Playback
After turning on the camera, briefly press the Mode button to switch to playback mode. Then, briefly press the OK/Power button to play the recorded video.
6. Video Settings
In video mode, briefly press the Menu button to set video specifications. Briefly press the Menu button again to access the second menu page.
7. Photo Settings
After turning on the camera, briefly press the Mode button to switch to photo mode. Then, briefly press the Menu button to set photo specifications.

9. Troubleshooting
For problems in normal operation, try these methods:
- Unable to take photos or record video:
- Check if the TF card has sufficient free space or if it is blocked.
- "File error" when viewing photos or videos:
- Incomplete files due to an SD card storage error: Format the SD card.
- Dark image when recording scenes with sky or water:
- Scenes with high contrast will affect the camera's automatic exposure function; adjust the EV (Exposure Value) in the settings mode to correct this problem.
- Color is not perfect on a cloudy day or with external light:
- Automatically set the "white balance" function.
- Interference bands appear in the image:
- Due to incorrect "light frequency," set to 50 Hz or 60 Hz based on the local power supply frequency.
- Crash/Incident:
- Restart the camera using the "RESET" button.
