Product Overview

This section describes the components of the DENVER CCT-1210 MK3 Dash Cam, illustrated by a front and rear view of the device.

• 1. LCD Screen: The display for viewing footage and menu options.

• 3. Menu Button: Accesses the camera's settings menu.

1. Charging

Connect the camera to the car charger via the USB port.

2. Turning the Camera On/Off

If the camera is connected to the car charger, it will automatically turn on with the car.

If not connected in the car, please proceed as follows:

• Press and hold the OK/Power On/Off button to turn on the camera.
• Press and hold the OK/Power On/Off button again to turn off the camera.

3. Video Recording

If the camera is connected to the car charger, video recording will start automatically and stop when you turn off the car.

If the camera is not connected to the car charger, press the OK/Power On/Off button after the camera is turned on to start video recording. Then press the OK/Power On/Off button again to stop video recording.

4. Taking Photos

After the camera is turned on, briefly press the Mode button to open photo mode.

Then briefly press the OK/Power On/Off button to take a photo.

5. Playback

After the camera is turned on, briefly press the Mode button to open playback mode, then briefly press the OK/Power On/Off button to play the recorded video.

6. Video Settings

In video mode, briefly press the Menu button to set video specifications, then briefly press the Menu button again to open the second menu page.

7. Photo Settings

After the camera is turned on, briefly press the Mode button to open photo mode, then briefly press the Menu button to set photo specifications.

For problems during normal use, please try the following solutions:

• Cannot take photos or record: Check if the TF card has enough free space or is locked.
• "File error" during photo or video playback: Incomplete files due to a storage error on the SD card; please format your SD card.
• Black image when recording sky or water scenes: Scenes with high contrast will affect the camera's automatic exposure function; you can correct the exposure value in the settings mode.
• Color is not perfect on cloudy days or in outdoor lighting: Set the "white balance" function to automatic.
• Crossing stripe interference in the image: This is due to an incorrect "light frequency"; please set it to 50Hz or 60Hz based on the local power supply frequency.
• Collision: Restart the camera via "RESET".
