Product Composition

The dashcam features a compact design with a screen and various control buttons. On the front, it has a lens for recording. The device is typically mounted using a suction cup.

Operation Guide

1. Charging

Connect the camera to the car charger via the USB port.

2. Turning the Camera On/Off

If the camera is connected to the car charger, it will only turn on when you start the ignition.

If it is not connected to the car charger, proceed as follows:

Press and hold the OK/Power button to turn on the camera.
Press and hold the OK/Power button again to turn off the camera.

3. Video Recording

If the camera is connected to the car charger, it will automatically start video recording. It stops when you turn off the ignition.

If the camera is not connected to the car charger, press the OK/Power button to start video recording after turning it on. Press the OK/Power button again to stop recording.

4. Taking Photos

Turn on the camera, press the Mode button to switch to photo mode. Then press the OK/Power button to take a photo.

5. Playback

Turn on the camera, press the Mode button to switch to playback mode, then press the OK/Power button to view recorded videos.

6. Video Settings

In video mode, press the Menu button to configure video settings; press the Menu button again to access the second page of the menu.

7. Photo Settings

Turn on the camera, press the Mode button to switch to photo mode, then press the Menu button to configure photo settings.

9. Troubleshooting

Unable to take photos and record: Check if the TF card has enough free space and if it is write-protected.
"File Error" when viewing photos/videos: Incomplete files due to a storage error on the SD card; the SD card needs to be formatted.
Black image when recording sky/water scenes: Scenes with high contrast affect the camera's automatic exposure function; you can correct the problem by adjusting the exposure value in settings mode.
Color is not perfect during cloudy days and outdoor light: Set "white balance" to automatic.
Transverse bands in the image: This is due to incorrect "light frequency"; it needs to be set to 50Hz or 60Hz depending on the local power supply frequency.
Freeze/Crash: Restart the camera using the "RESET" button.
