IKEA Business Network Promotion: 10% Discount on Mail and Phone Orders

General Provisions

Promotion Name: "10% Discount for Your Company - Mail and Phone Orders. Offer for IKEA Business Network Members."

Organizer: IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o., located in Janki, Plac Szwedzki 3, 05-090 Raszyn. The company has a share capital of PLN 20,000,000.00 and is registered in the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000091681, REGON: 010577890, NIP: 527 010 33 85 (the "Organizer").

Promotion Terms and Conditions

Promotion Period: May 21, 2025 – June 30, 2025.

How to Participate: Orders can be placed via the dedicated phone number 22 275 01 23 or through email contact for Business Clients. For details, refer to "Information about IKEA for Companies - IKEA, (Regulations for distance service provision).".

Eligibility: Participation is open to individuals with full legal capacity, legal entities, or organizational units without legal personality but with legal capacity granted by law.

Promotion Scope: The promotion applies to IKEA product purchases in quantities typically bought for business operations. It does not apply to goods purchased for resale. IKEA employees in Poland are eligible to participate.

Network Membership: Only members of the IKEA Business Network club are eligible. This includes individuals with full legal capacity or organizational units without legal personality but with legal capacity granted by law.

Exclusivity: This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions.

Detailed Promotion Conditions

The promotion grants IKEA Business Network members a 10% discount on orders placed via email or phone. The minimum order value is PLN 2500 (excluding IKEA services).

To receive the discount, customers must provide their virtual IKEA Business Network card number and an alphanumeric code when placing an order via email or phone, before completing the payment process.

The 10% discount will be applied by the customer service representative during order preparation via email or phone, as per the terms mentioned above.

The discount is applicable to receipts or invoices with a minimum value of PLN 2500 (two thousand five hundred Polish złoty). This minimum value refers to the cost of articles only, excluding additional services.

The 10% discount cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes within a single transaction.

The 10% discount is valid until June 30, 2025.

Returning products purchased under this promotion signifies withdrawal from the promotion. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unit prices shown on the receipt or invoice.

Product Complaints: In case of complaints regarding promotional products (under legal provisions or warranty), exchanging the advertised goods means retaining all rights obtained by the member under these regulations. Reimbursement for returned products (if the client agrees) will be processed according to section 3.10.

This promotion is intended for customers who meet the specified conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse the discount or request the return of benefits obtained by a customer who does not meet these conditions.

Other Provisions

Participation in the promotion confirms that the customer has read and accepted these regulations.

Any complaints regarding the promotion must be submitted within 14 days of the promotion's end. Complaints can be filed:

• By phone, calling the number provided on the IKEA contact page.
• In person, at the IKEA Customer Service Department in an IKEA store, in writing.
• By mail, addressed to the IKEA Store (Customer Service Department Manager).
• Via IKEA Chat, available on the "Contact us" page.
• Through the complaint form available on the IKEA website under "Complaints".

Complaints will be processed within 14 days.

A complaint should include: customer contact details (name, surname, address, phone number) and a description of the reason for the complaint.

The promotion regulations are available at IKEA stores in the Customer Service Department and in communications sent to customers.

The Organizer may introduce changes to these regulations during the promotion period. Amended terms will be published on the IKEA.pl website under "Other Regulations" and at IKEA stores. Changes will be effective from the date of announcement, and the date of change will be indicated in the regulations. Changes do not apply to individuals who joined the promotion before the date of the change.

Any disputes arising from the execution of obligations related to this promotion will be settled by the competent common court.

For customers who are consumers or individuals who have entered into an agreement directly related to their economic activity, where the contract indicates it does not have a professional character for them, IKEA is responsible for the non-conformity of IKEA Goods and Services with the contract according to the provisions of Art. 43a et seq. of the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights. For other customers, IKEA is responsible for product defects according to the provisions of Art. 556 et seq. of the Civil Code.

These regulations are effective from May 21, 2025.
