1. General Provisions

1.1 Promotion Name: "Buy 3 Vegetable Medallions at the Swedish Restaurant with an IKEA Family Card for 10 PLN."

1.2 Organizer: The promotion is organized by IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o., located at Plac Szwedzki 3, 05-090 Janki, Raszyn. Share capital: 20,000,000.00 PLN. Registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000091681, REGON: 010577890, NIP: 527 010 33 85 ("Organizer").

2. Promotion Terms and Conditions

2.1 Promotion Period: 01.02.2025 - 31.08.2025, or until promotional stock lasts.

2.2 Promotion Location: Swedish Restaurant at IKEA Janki store, Plac Szwedzki 1, 05-090 Janki. The promotion applies to purchases made at the physical IKEA Janki store. It does not apply to orders placed based on the Distance Service Regulations.

2.3 Eligibility: The promotion is available to individuals with full legal capacity.

2.4 Target Audience: The promotion is aimed at retail customers who are members of the IKEA FAMILY club or IKEA Business Network (individuals with full legal capacity or organizational units). It applies to purchases of IKEA goods typically bought by households or for business purposes. It does not apply to the purchase of IKEA goods for resale. An IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network card must be presented before payment at the IKEA store.

3. Detailed Promotion Conditions

3.1 Promotion Mechanics: Upon purchasing three units of vegetable medallions (article number: 60364144) on a single receipt, the customer pays 10 PLN. Customers can use this promotion multiple times during its validity period.

3.2 Returns: Returning products purchased under this promotion means forfeiting participation in the promotion. The refund value will be calculated based on the unit prices shown on the receipt or invoice.

3.3 Condition for Participation: To benefit from the promotion, customers must pay for the products specified in point 3.1 of these Regulations on a single receipt and present their IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network card at the checkout before payment.

4. Other Provisions

4.1 Acceptance: Participation in the promotion signifies confirmation that the customer has read and accepted these Regulations.

4.2 Complaints: All complaints regarding the promotion must be submitted within 14 days of the promotion's end date. Complaints can be submitted:

• In person at the IKEA Janki store's Customer Service Department (written form).
• By phone: 22 275 00 00 (charges according to the operator's tariff).
• By mail to the IKEA Janki store address.
• Via the complaint form available on the IKEA website: "Reklamacje w IKEA - IKEA".
• Via IKEA Chat available on the website: "Skontaktuj się z nami – IKEA - IKEA".

Complaints will be processed within 14 days.

4.3 Customer Rights: The above does not exclude, limit, or suspend customer rights related to purchased goods (including quality complaints) arising from applicable law, including the Civil Code provisions on warranty for defects in sold items.

4.4 Written Complaint Requirements: A written complaint should include: customer contact details (name, surname, address, phone number) and a description and reason for the complaint.

4.5 Availability: These promotion regulations are available at the IKEA Janki store's Customer Service Department.

4.6 Governing Law: Matters not covered by these Regulations are subject to the relevant provisions of the Civil Code.

4.7 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the execution of obligations related to this promotion will be resolved by the competent common court.

4.8 Effective Date: These Regulations are effective from 01.02.2025.
