Hagor Products GmbH hereby declares that the lift, designated HP Twin Lift, functioning as a holder for TV devices (Serial Number range: 10.00001 - 10.01000), complies with all relevant provisions of EC Directive 2006/42/EC (Machinery Directive). Furthermore, the lift complies with EC Directive 2014/30/EU (Electromagnetic Compatibility) and meets the safety objectives of Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU as per Annex I, No. 1.5.1 of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. Complete technical documentation is available, including the operating manual in its original version. Installation Safety Precautions

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Assemble Castors

Assemble the castors as shown in the picture, using parts A-1, W, A-2, and A-3.

Step 2: Attach Handles

Screw the handles (E, F) to the side of the lift system.

Step 3: Mount Lift System to Base

Screw the lift system (E) to the mobile base plate (A) and attach the cover (B).

Step 4: Attach TV Bracket to Head

Screw the TV bracket (D) to the head of the lift system.

Step 5: Mount Wired Remote Control

Screw the wired remote control to the back of the holder.

Step 6: Route Cables

Route all necessary cables through the cable drag chain and screw the ends tight.

Step 7: Mount TV Bracket and Screen

Screw the TV bracket (C) to the head of the lift system. Select the appropriate mounting material for the intended screen from the screw bag.

Step 8: Hang Screen

Loosen the safety locks on both sides and slide them down to hang the screen.

Step 9: System Operation Check

Switch on the system and move it to the top position using the remote control. Check the cabling and free any knotted or jammed cables.

Step 10: Secure Screen

Slide the lock back up and tighten all bolts.

Optional Camera Holder

The camera holder can be mounted using parts U, Q, R, T, G-1, G-2, and G-3. Refer to diagrams for placement.

Remote Control Operation

The screen can be moved to the appropriate height by pressing the arrow keys (1: Up / 2: Down). To save a position, press and hold the 'M' button (3) for approximately 5 seconds; this is confirmed with "M1" on the small display. To move the screen to the saved position, briefly press the "M" button.

1HotWait 18 minutes. Unplug power cable and plug it back in. The error code will disappear automatically.
2RESETPress and hold the down button. After 5 seconds, the lift will begin to lower to the lowest height, then rise slightly. Release the down button.
3E01 / E02Check cables and ensure they are connected. Wait 3 seconds; the error code will disappear automatically. If it does not disappear, contact the supplier. Remove any excess weight; the code will disappear automatically.
4E06Press and hold the down button. After 5 seconds, the lift will begin to lower to the lowest height, then rise slightly. Release the down button.
5E07Weight load is too high. Please check if the weight exceeds the permissible total load of 120 kg, evenly distributed.
6E08 / E09The error code will be automatically cleared only when the operating voltage meets the product requirements.
7E10Insert the handset after the control unit has already been supplied with power. Wait 1 second; the error code will disappear automatically.
