Assembly Instructions:

1. Carefully read these instructions and keep them for future reference.
2. Refer to the parts list for guidance and ensure that you have all the pieces before starting the assembly process. If anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact us FIRSTLY BEFORE assembling.
3. When assembling, place all parts on a soft, clean, and flat surface, such as a carpet, to prevent any scratches.
4. To avoid misalignment of the holes, please do not fully tighten the screws until you ensure all parts are in place.

Important Notes:

• When using an electric screwdriver, reduce the power and torque to avoid damaging the furniture.
• Read each step carefully before starting. It is very important that each step of instruction is performed in the correct order. If these steps are not followed in sequence, assembly difficulties will occur.
• Make sure all parts are included. Most board parts are labeled or stamped on the raw edge. Contact us for free replacement if having damaged or missing parts.

Assembly Steps:

Step 1:

Attach parts (6), (7), (8), (9), (10), (11), (12), (13), (14), (15), (16), (17), (18), (19), (20), (21), (22) using hardware (A) and (V).

Step 2:

Attach drawer slides (O) to parts (13) and (8) using hardware (J). Ensure 4 repetitions (Ox4).

Step 3:

Connect part (12) to parts (8) and (7) using hardware (B) and (D).

Step 4:

Connect part (12) to parts (7) and (8) using hardware (M) and (D).

Step 5:

Attach top panel (6) to the assembled structure using hardware (B) and (D). Attach side panels (7) and (9) using hardware (B) and (D). Attach back panels (15) and (13) using hardware (S).

Step 6:

Attach side panels (7) and (9) to the base structure using hardware (D) and (B). Attach back panels (15) and (13) using hardware (D) and (B).

Step 7:

Insert back panels (13), (16), (12), (15), (9), (8), (10), (6), (7) into the corresponding slots.

Step 8:

Attach top panel (14) to the assembled structure using hardware (M) and (D).

Step 9:

Attach drawer runners (J) and (R) to the cabinet sides using hardware (Q) and (R). Ensure 4 repetitions of (Jx4) and (Rx4).

Step 10:

Attach drawer slides (P) to drawer parts (17) and (18) using hardware (J). Ensure 2 repetitions.

Step 11:

Assemble drawer boxes using parts (17), (19), (18), (10) and hardware (I).

Step 12:

Insert drawer bottoms (20) into the assembled drawer boxes.

Step 13:

Attach drawer sides (21) and (22) to the drawer boxes using hardware (K) and (L).

Step 14:

Attach drawer fronts (17) and (21) to the drawer boxes using hardware (C).

Step 15:

Attach drawer handles (W) and (X) to the drawer fronts using hardware (Y) and (X).

Step 16:

Insert the assembled drawers into the file cabinet.

Step 17:

Attach drawer handles (N) to the drawer fronts using hardware (N).

Step 18:

Attach drawer fronts (11) and (16) to the drawer boxes using hardware (J) and (Z).

Step 19:

Final check of the assembled file cabinet.
