Proscenic Air Purifier APP Guide
To explore all advanced functionalities, it is recommended to control your purifier with the Proscenic APP.
1. Connecting Your Air Purifier to the Proscenic App
Before you begin, ensure that:
- Your air purifier is powered on and remains powered on during configuration.
- Your smartphone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. If your router is dual-band, select the 2.4 GHz network.
- The Wi-Fi name and password are correct. Avoid using emojis or special characters.
- Keep the air purifier and your mobile device as close as possible to the router during the connection process.
1.1 Download and Install the APP
Search for the Proscenic APP on the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play (for Android devices).

1.2 Wi-Fi Connection
A. Open the APP and create a new account. Log in to your account afterwards. (Please agree to the Terms and Conditions to connect).
B. Click "Add device" and select the model of your air purifier.
C. Press and hold the "[Power/Wi-Fi Button]" button simultaneously for 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi indicator light starts flashing.
1.3 Wi-Fi Connection
D. Select the same 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network your smartphone is connected to, and enter the Wi-Fi password.
E. Navigate to the Wi-Fi settings to connect to the air purifier's hotspot, named "Proscenic-XXX-XXXXXXX".
F. Return to the Proscenic APP to complete the Wi-Fi connection.
2. Controlling Your Air Purifier with Alexa
Before you begin, ensure that:
- Your air purifier is powered on and remains powered on during configuration.
- Your air purifier is correctly connected to the Proscenic APP.
- You already have an Alexa-enabled device configured, such as an Echo Dot.
- The Amazon Alexa APP is installed on your smartphone and connected to Wi-Fi.
2.1 Alexa Connection
A. Open the Proscenic APP and tap on "Profile".
B. Tap on "Amazon Alexa".
C. Tap on "Log in with Amazon" and proceed to the Alexa APP.
D. Tap "Link" to enable the Proscenic skill.
E. Once authorization is granted, you can now use Proscenic with Alexa.
2.2 Alexa Voice Commands
Power On/Off
- Alexa, turn on [device name]
- Alexa, turn off [device name]
3. Controlling Your Air Purifier with Google Assistant
Before you begin, ensure that:
- Your air purifier is powered on and remains powered on during configuration.
- Your air purifier is correctly connected to the Proscenic APP.
- You already have a Google Home device configured, such as a Home Mini.
- The Google Home APP is installed on your smartphone and connected to Wi-Fi.
3.1 Connecting with Google Assistant
A. Open the Proscenic APP and tap on "Profile".
B. Tap on "Google Home".
C. Tap on "Link with Google Assistant" and you will be directed to the Google Home APP.
D. Tap "Accept & Link".
E. Select the device and tap "Next".
F. Choose your home and tap "Next".
G. Select a location for your air purifier and tap "Next". It is now correctly connected to Google Assistant.
3.2 Google Assistant Voice Commands
Power On / Off
- Ok Google, start [device name]
- Ok Google, stop [device name]
4. Troubleshooting
Wi-Fi Connection Issues
- Your air purifier is unable to connect to the Wi-Fi network.
- Ensure you have entered the Wi-Fi password correctly.
- Ensure your air purifier, router, and mobile phone are close enough to ensure a strong signal.
- Ensure your Wi-Fi router supports the 2.4 GHz band, as the 5 GHz band is not supported.
Alexa Control Issues
- Your air purifier cannot be controlled with Amazon Alexa.
- Verify your mobile device's network connection.
- Ensure the air purifier is connected to the Proscenic APP.
- Ensure you have enabled the "Proscenic" skill in the Alexa APP.
- Ensure your air purifier has been found in the Alexa APP.
- Ensure you are using the correct Alexa voice commands.
Google Assistant Control Issues
- Your air purifier cannot be controlled with Google Assistant.
- Verify your mobile device's network connection.
- Ensure the air purifier is connected to the Proscenic APP.
- Ensure you have enabled the "Proscenic" application in the Google Home APP.
- Ensure your air purifier has been connected in the Google Home APP.
- Ensure you are using the correct Google Assistant voice commands.
