Proscenic App User Guide
To experience all advanced functions, it is recommended to control your robot vacuum cleaner through the Proscenic application.
1. How to Connect Your Robot Vacuum with the Proscenic App
Before you start, ensure that:
- ℹ️ Your robot vacuum is powered on and has sufficient battery during setup.
- ℹ️ Your smartphone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. If your router is dual-band, select the 2.4 GHz network.
- ℹ️ The Wi-Fi name and password are correct, and avoid using emojis, special characters, or symbols.
- ℹ️ Keep the robot vacuum and your mobile device as close as possible to the router when connecting.
1.1 App Download and Installation
Search for the Proscenic app in the App Store (iOS devices) or Google Play (Android devices).
Alternatively, you can scan the QR code below to download the application.

1.2 Wi-Fi Connection
A. Open the app and create a new account on your first use, then log in to your account. (Accept the Terms and Conditions for connection).
B. Click "Add device" and select your robot vacuum model.
C. Press and hold the [power-button] and [wifi-button] for 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi indicator light flashes.

D. Select the same 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi your smartphone is connected to and enter the Wi-Fi password.
E. Go to the Wi-Fi settings to connect to the robot vacuum's access point named "Proscenic-XXX-XXXXXXX".
F. Return to the Proscenic app and complete the Wi-Fi connection.

2. How to Control Your Robot Vacuum with Alexa
Before you start, ensure that:
- ℹ️ Your robot vacuum is powered on and has sufficient battery during setup.
- ℹ️ Your robot vacuum has successfully connected to the Proscenic app.
- ℹ️ You have a device that can use Alexa, such as an Amazon Echo Dot.
- ℹ️ The Amazon Alexa app is installed on your smartphone and connected to Wi-Fi.
2.1 Alexa Connection
A. Open the Proscenic app and click "My Account".
B. Click "Amazon Alexa".
C. Click "Sign in with Amazon", which will redirect you to the Alexa app.

D. Click "LINK" to enable the Proscenic skill.
E. After authorization, your account is successfully linked with Alexa.

2.2 Alexa Voice Commands
On/Off:
- Alexa, turn on [device name]
- Alexa, turn off [device name]
Change Mode:
Due to limitations in official Alexa functions, controlling other robot vacuum features via Alexa in Spanish is not currently possible. More voice control features will be available in April 2022, so stay tuned!
3. How to Control Your Robot Vacuum with Google Assistant
Before you start, ensure that:
- ℹ️ Your robot vacuum is powered on and has sufficient battery during setup.
- ℹ️ Your robot vacuum has successfully connected to the Proscenic app.
- ℹ️ You have a device that can use Google Assistant, such as a Google Home Mini.
- ℹ️ The Google Home app is installed on your smartphone and connected to Wi-Fi.
3.1 Google Assistant Connection
A. Open the Proscenic app and click "My Account".
B. Click "Google Home".
C. Click "Link with Google Assistant", which will redirect you to the Google Home app.

E. Select the device and click "Next".

3.2 Google Assistant Voice Commands
On/Off:
- Ok Google, start [device name]
- Ok Google, stop [device name]
Change Mode:
Due to limitations in official Google Home functions, controlling other robot vacuum features via Google Assistant in Spanish is not currently possible. More voice control features will be available in April 2022, so stay tuned!
4. Troubleshooting
The robot vacuum cannot connect to the Wi-Fi network.
- Ensure you have entered the Wi-Fi password correctly.
- Ensure your robot vacuum, router, and mobile phone are sufficiently close to ensure a strong signal.
- Ensure your Wi-Fi router is compatible with 2.4 GHz; 5 GHz band is not compatible.
The robot vacuum cannot be controlled with Amazon Alexa.
- Check your mobile device's network connection.
- Ensure the robot has been connected to the Proscenic app.
- Ensure you have enabled the "Proscenic" skill in the Alexa app.
- Ensure your robot has been discovered in the Alexa app.
- Ensure you are using the correct Alexa voice command.
The robot vacuum cannot be controlled with Google Assistant.
- Check your mobile device's network connection.
- Ensure the robot has been connected to the Proscenic app.
- Ensure you have enabled the "Proscenic" skill in the Google Home app.
- Ensure your robot has been connected in the Google Home app.
- Ensure you are using the correct Google Assistant voice commands.
5. Online Customer Service Application

5.1 How to Contact Online Customer Service via the App
A. Open the Proscenic app and click the ✉️.
B. Click "Send us a message".
C. Select a corresponding inquiry type and start the online chat.
