The Aqara Vibration Sensor T1 is a smart home device equipped with a high-precision acceleration sensor. It is designed to detect vibrations and movements of objects. Device Overview
The device is a compact, square-shaped sensor. Key components include:

Device Access and Setup
- Download the latest version of the Aqara Home App from your device's app store.
- Ensure your Aqara Home account is bound to an Aqara hub device. If not, consult your hub's manual for instructions on adding it to the app.
- In the Aqara Home app, navigate to the homepage, tap the '+' icon in the upper right corner, and select 'Add Device (Accessory)'. Choose 'Vibration Sensor T1' and follow the on-screen prompts. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code on the device itself to add it.
- If device pairing fails, try moving the sensor closer to the hub, restarting the device, and attempting the process again.
- Once connected, you can change device settings through the app. A change in the device's status confirms a normal connection.
Effective Distance Verification: Click the Reset button once. The hub will emit a sound, confirming effective communication between the device and the hub. (Note: This function is supported by the Aqara Home app only.)
Firmware Update: For the best user experience, it is recommended to update the device's firmware to the latest version after it has been successfully bound.
Product Installation
Method 1: Direct Placement
Simply place the sensor on any desired flat surface. No adhesive is required for this method.
