Important Features about Hiseeu 4G Wireless Security Camera
- The camera is a 4G wireless security camera, allowing operation in any location with cellular coverage.
- It cannot connect to your home WiFi network.
- For normal operation, ensure a nano SIM card (included) with an active cellular data plan is inserted.
- To recharge the SIM card, open the Ubox app, navigate to 'setting' ⚙️, select '4G traffic service', and choose a data plan. Contact Hiseeu global customer service for any recharging issues.

Indicator Light Introduction
- Red light always on: 4G signal is too weak. Check antenna position/orientation.
- Red and blue lights flash alternately slowly: Insufficient traffic or payment arrears. Replace SIM card or recharge.
- Red and blue lights flash alternately: Device does not detect SIM card. Confirm SIM card insertion.
- Red light flashing: Equipment is faulty. Contact after-sales service.
- Blue light flashes quickly: Connection to server is abnormal.
- Purple and other light flashing: Automatic network access failed. Set the APN.
App Installation
Scan the following QR code [QR Code] or search "Ubox" in the App store or Google Play to download and install the App.
App Registration
(1) Open the app and click "Register" to create an account. Agree to the terms and your email box will receive a verification code. (Allow all permissions for better user experience). (2) Set and confirm your login password, then press 'Register'.

(3) Click the verification link in your email to complete the process. (4) Enter your email and password, then click login. The app may auto-fill account information.
Camera Connection
(1) Click "Add a Device". (2) Click "Setup 4G Device".

(3) Insert the SIM card, power on the device, and wait for the blue LED to light up before pressing Next. Refer to the configuration considerations: confirm SIM card insertion, data sufficiency, signal strength, and antenna installation.
(4) Find the UID QR code on the device and scan it with the app. (5) The app will search for the device online (5-60 seconds).
(6) Select the device name and location, then press 'Done'. (7) The device will appear in the device list, indicating successful setup.
App Function Settings

- Switch between SD/HD mode for clear images.
- Turn on camera volume for two-way audio. Ensure phone volume is also up.
- Take screenshots of important pictures and save them to the album.
- Use the microphone button for two-way audio communication.
- Manually record videos and save them to the phone or album.
- View videos stored in cloud storage or on an SD card.
- Control PTZ camera rotation, adjust speed, and zoom in/out.
- Switch between full color (with floodlights) and infrared mode.
- Switch between full screen and landscape view.
Camera Settings
Select the gear icon ⚙️ to adjust camera settings.

Memory card
If your SD card is not recording, click 'Format'. Important tips for memory cards: use Class 4 speed or higher, FAT32 format, and brand-name cards for guaranteed compatibility.
Image Flip
Change the camera image angle based on different scenarios.
Scene mode
In Normal mode, manually select infrared or floodlight for low-light scenes. In Night vision mode, floodlights turn on when motion is detected, which may affect power consumption.
Detection Sensitivity
Adjust motion detection sensitivity to High, Middle, or Low.
Device alarm
Enable this option to receive alarm messages.
Arming alarm
Set arming time periods for alarms.
Sleep delay
Adjust the duration of motion detection alarm videos: No delay (5s cloud video), 15s sleep (10s cloud video), 30s sleep (20s cloud video), 60s sleep (30s cloud video).
Retry Time
The camera will automatically try to reconnect if it goes offline.
Firmware update
Click to upgrade online.
Alarm Push & Basic Settings
Click the bell icon ? to turn the alarm push button on or off.

Cloud Service & My Friends
Click to order cloud storage services with various plans. Click to view friends with whom you have shared the device.
Common Settings
Configure various settings:
- Mute when viewing device.
- Mute when playback.
- Set default resolution (e.g., HD).
- Show battery percentage.
- Enable Alarm vibration.
- Set Alarm ringtone.

Answer: The app supports QR code and sonic wave configuration for WiFi connection. Check the following if configuration fails:
- Ensure the smart device is in configuration mode (e.g., blue lights flashing).
- If configuration fails, check the LED status: blue light blinking or red light indicates issues. A steady blue light means configuration information was received. A steady red light may indicate an incorrect WiFi password or router coverage issues.
- If the blue light is steady but configuration fails, it might be tied to another account; contact after-sales service.
- If all checks pass, try restarting your phone and router.

A: The PIR sensor detects infrared rays from the human body. Other sources like sunlight, mammals, cars, or heat can also trigger it. Electromagnetic interference can also cause false reports. Reduce interference by: a. Avoiding aiming the lens at the sun or direct light. b. Lowering PIR sensitivity in crowded areas. - Q: Can this camera be connected to the Hiseeu system?
A: No, it cannot. - Q: Is it possible to use WIFI or connect via WIFI?
A: It does not need or connect via WiFi. - Q: How much data will this Hiseeu 4G security camera use monthly?
A: Data usage depends on working conditions; typically, 2GB is sufficient for a month. - Q: Does this 4g solar camera work with 5g sim?
A: Hiseeu 4G solar cameras support 5G SIM cards but only operate on 4G signals. Select 4G service when activating a 5G SIM. The SIM card used in your phone does not affect the camera. - Q: How can I recharge the SIM card and order the cellular data plan?
