How to set a preferred softphone in Jabra Direct?

Prerequisites

Latest version of Jabra Direct

If you have multiple softphones installed, you can choose your preferred softphone. Follow these steps:

Open Jabra Direct.
Click on Settings in the left-hand menu.
Under Softphone Integration > Preferred Softphone, select your preference. If your organization has chosen to manage the setting centrally, this is indicated by a Lock icon ?.

The Jabra Direct interface displays settings for general preferences and softphone integration. The 'Preferred Softphone' option allows users to select their default softphone application from a dropdown menu, which may be managed centrally by an organization, indicated by a lock icon.
