STEP 1
Connect two side panels (C) and one back panel (D) to form an 'L' shape. Ensure the crosswise slat on panel D is at the bottom for correct orientation. [Diagram: Shows panels C and D being joined. Close-up illustrates the connection mechanism.]
STEP 2
Join the two 'L' shaped structures from Step 1 to form a box shape. Place panel B inside the box structure. [Diagram: Shows the two 'L' shapes being connected to form a box, with panel B being inserted.]
STEP 3
The box structure is now formed with panels C and D as sides and panel B at the bottom. Carefully hold panel C with one hand (avoiding panel D to prevent separation) and support panel B with the other hand inside, to lay the coffee table on its side as shown. [Diagram: Shows the assembled box from above, indicating panels C, D, and B. Arrows show how to hold the pieces.]
STEP 4
With panel B supported from the inside, angle the four locking tongues to 45 degrees to secure the adjacent wooden strips. [Diagram: Shows the underside of the assembled box, with four locking tongues being adjusted.]
STEP 5
Place the tabletop (A) onto the assembled base. The final assembled coffee table is shown. [Diagram: Shows tabletop A being placed on the base, followed by an image of the fully assembled coffee table.]
