Safety Information
- Protect from rain - use in covered areas.
- Do not immerse the control module in water.
- Do not step on, pull, bend, or shape the cable.
- Do not drop the control unit and do not place heavy loads on it.
- When charging, do not place the device near sources of high temperature.
- When charging, do not place the device in a car or in an enclosed space.
- Do not use the device at temperatures outside its operating range of -30°C to +50°C.
- The charger can only be used if the power grid is equipped with a residual current circuit breaker.
- Do not attempt to repair it yourself in case of a malfunction.
- Do not use the device if the cable is damaged.
- The device is designed exclusively for charging electric vehicles.
- Do not use the device with an extension cord.
- Do not insert your fingers into the charging connector.
- If the unit does not work, contact the dealer for repair or replacement.

Characteristics
Temperature Monitoring
A temperature sensor monitors the charger's operating temperature in real time. If it exceeds a safe temperature, the charger will immediately stop operating. Once the temperature returns to normal levels, the charger will automatically resume operation.
Automatic Error Correction
An intelligent chip automatically corrects common charging errors to ensure stable product operation.
Security
The product has undergone appropriate inspection to ensure the highest safety standards during charging for you and your car.
Robust Casing
Made of polycarbonate, the case is strong and reliable, tested for internal resistance.

Usage Information
- When using the 16A charging mode, use a socket with a nominal current of not less than 16A. If you use a standard 10A socket, adjust the amperage mode to no more than 10A. If the charger is damaged due to an incorrectly set amperage mode at the socket, you will not be able to use the warranty.
- Do not place flammable materials, explosives, chemicals, or other dangerous substances near the appliance.
- Keep the charging connector clean. If it is dirty, wipe it with a clean, dry cloth. Do not touch the metal pins in the connector with your hand. Ensure the charger is not connected to the power source or the device.
- Do not use the charger if the cable is damaged, cracked, worn, or has an exposed core. If you notice the above anomalies, contact the dealer.
- Do not attempt to disassemble, repair, or update the charger yourself. Improper handling may lead to equipment damage, leakage, current leakage, etc.
- In case of any anomaly during use, immediately cut off the power supply.
- Use the charger under a canopy during precipitation. Protect from rain and snow.
- Children should not use or approach the device while it is charging due to the risk of injury.
- It is strictly forbidden to unauthorizedly remove the charging plug from the socket during the charging process, due to the risk to the safety of the vehicle or user.
- Vehicles must not move during charging. Charging can only be performed when the vehicle is stationary. This applies to all types of vehicles.
Charging Tips
- Ensure that the electrical installation has a Type B residual current circuit breaker.
- Connect the charger to a 230V socket.
- (Optional) Set the charging time by pressing the button with the clock icon ⏰.
- Set the desired amperage (button "A" ?️).
- Connect the charging cable to the vehicle.
- Monitor the progress on the LCD display.
- When finished, disconnect the device from the vehicle first, then from the socket.
How to Start Charging?
- Firmly insert the plug into the mains socket. (Ensure the socket complies with the national standard and has a nominal current of 16 A.)

Current Setting
Press button [A] ?️ -> Switch current mode.
The mode can be activated by pressing button [A] when the charger is on and no car is connected.
- The 16A unit supports four current modes: 8A, 10A, 13A, and 16A.
- The 32A device supports four current modes: 16A, 20A, 24A, and 32A.
Charging Delay Setting
Press [Clock] ⏰ -> Set time.
The mode can be activated by pressing the [Clock] button ⏰ when the charger is on and no car is connected.
The charging delay time increases by 1 hour when the [Clock] button ⏰ is pressed once. The maximum delay is 8 hours.
How Can I Stop Charging?
- Press the button and disconnect the charging plug.
- Close the vehicle socket cover and attach the protective cover to the charging plug.
- Disconnect the plug from the power socket.
- Put the charger in the bag.
- * Some car models lock the charging plug when the power is on (turn off the power before removing the charging plug).

In case of an error (Error A, Error B... Error H) during charging, first familiarize yourself with the possible causes and check the recommended solutions, then contact the NTEC service department sp. z o.o.
Troubleshooting

Error - A | Overload thermal protection | 1. Check if the current mode is correct. (2) Disconnect the electric vehicle charging plug and the power plug, then try again after the charger has cooled down. If the error persists, contact the dealer. |
Error - B | Short circuit protection (CP) | 1. Disconnect the EV charging plug and the power plug, then reconnect the power plug. 2. If Error - B does not appear on the LCD screen, there is a CP short circuit on the car's side. 3. If Error - B continues to appear on the LCD screen, contact the dealer. |
Error - C | Overvoltage protection | 1. Check if the supply voltage exceeds the permitted voltage. 2. If the voltage at the power socket is too high, wait until the supply voltage returns to normal. 3. If the voltage at the power socket is correct, but the charger continues to display Error - C, contact the dealer. |
Error - D | Undervoltage protection | 1. Check if the supply voltage is not lower than the permitted voltage. 2. If the voltage at the power socket is too low, wait until the supply voltage returns to normal. 3. If the voltage at the power socket is correct, but the charger continues to display Error - D, contact the dealer. |
Error - F | Short circuit protection | 1. Disconnect the EV charging plug and the power plug, then reconnect the power plug. 2. If Error - F does not appear on the LCD screen, there is a short circuit on the car's side. 3. If Error - F continues to appear on the LCD screen, contact the dealer. |
Error - G | Leakage protection | 1. Disconnect the EV charging plug and the power plug, then reconnect the power plug. 2. If Error - G does not appear on the LCD screen, there is a current leakage on the car's side. 3. If Error - G continues to appear on the LCD screen, contact the dealer. |

Conservation
- Keep the charger clean using a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. Do not use chemicals.
- Periodically check the power cables and connectors for any damage, such as abrasions, cracks, or loose connections.
- Ensure that the ventilation holes are clean and not blocked to ensure adequate cooling.
- Avoid contact with water or other liquids to prevent electrical damage.
Usage and Disposal
This product is subject to the regulations concerning the disposal of electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). Return it to an electrical waste collection point that ensures safe recycling in accordance with GPSR standards. Check where the nearest household waste collection points are located. If you have questions regarding disposal, contact the manufacturer or an authorized service center.
Warranty and Service Information
The product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship. Please contact our service department if you have problems with your device to ensure prompt and professional service. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, drops, mechanical damage, unauthorized repairs, or attempts at disassembly.
