Safety Information
- Protect from rain - use in covered areas.
- Do not immerse the control module in water.
- Do not touch, pull, twist, or connect/disconnect the cable improperly.
- Do not drop the control unit or place heavy loads on it.
- Do not place the device near heat sources during charging.
- Do not leave the device in a car or enclosed space during charging.
- Do not use the device outside its operating temperature range of -30°C to +50°C.
- The charger should only be used if the power supply is equipped with a circuit breaker.
- Do not attempt to repair the device yourself if damaged.
- Do not use the device if the cable is damaged.
- The device is intended only for charging electric vehicles.
- Do not use the device with an extension cord.
- Do not insert fingers into the charging connector.
- If the device malfunctions, contact the dealer for repair or replacement.

Functions
- Temperature Monitoring: The integrated temperature sensor monitors the charger's operating temperature in real-time. If it exceeds a safe limit, the charger will immediately stop operation. Once the temperature normalizes, the charger will automatically resume.
- Automatic Error Correction: An intelligent chip automatically corrects common charging errors to ensure stable product operation.
- Safety: The product has been thoroughly tested to ensure the highest safety standards for both the user and the vehicle.
- Durable Casing: Constructed from polycarbonate, the casing is robust and reliable, having passed internal durability tests.
- Current Adjustment (model dependent): Allows adjustment of charging current based on the specific model.
- Charging Start Delay: Options to set a delay for charging to begin, with available intervals of 1h, 2h, 5h, or 8h.
- LCD Display: Provides real-time information on charging time, temperature, and operating mode.
- Wall Mounting: The unit can be mounted on a wall using a bracket (availability depends on the model).
- Cable Length: Equipped with a 5-meter cable.
Information for Use
- When using the 16A charging mode, ensure the electrical socket has a rated current of at least 16A. If using a standard 10A socket, set the charging current to no more than 10A. Failure to comply may void the warranty if the charger is damaged due to incorrect current settings.
- Do not place flammable materials, explosives, chemicals, or other hazardous substances near the device.
- Keep the charging connector clean. If dirty, wipe it with a clean, dry cloth. Do not touch the metal pins of the connector with your hand. Ensure the charger is not connected to the power source or the vehicle before cleaning.
- Do not use the charger if the cable is damaged, cracked, worn, or has exposed wires. Contact the dealer if you notice any of these issues.
- Do not attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify the charger yourself. Improper operation can lead to equipment damage, leakage, or power loss.
- If any anomalies occur during use, immediately disconnect the power supply.
- Use the charger under a canopy during precipitation. Protect from rain and snow.
- Children must not use or approach the device while it is charging due to the risk of injury.
- It is strictly forbidden to remove the charging plug from the socket without authorization during the charging process, as this endangers the safety of the vehicle or user.
- Vehicles must not move while charging. Charging should only be performed when the vehicle is stationary. This applies to all vehicle types.
Charging Tips
- Ensure your electrical installation is equipped with a Type B residual current circuit breaker.
- Connect the charger to a 230V socket.
- (Optional) Set the charging delay by pressing the button with the clock icon.
- Set the desired charging current using the "A" button.
- Connect the charging cable to the vehicle.
- Monitor the charging progress on the LCD display.
- When charging is complete, first disconnect the device from the vehicle, then from the power socket.
How to Start Charging?
- Firmly insert the plug into the mains socket. Illustration 2: Ensure the power socket complies with national standards and has a current rating of 16A.
- Press button [A] to switch charging current modes, and press the [Clock] button to schedule the charging delay. Illustration 3
- Gently pull the cover and fully insert the charging connector into the vehicle's socket.
- Illustration 4: Ensure the charging connector is fully inserted until it clicks.
- The device will start charging.
Current Setting
Press button [A] to switch the current mode. The mode can be activated by pressing button [A] when the charger is on and no car is connected.
- 16A devices support four current modes: 8A, 10A, 13A, and 16A.
- 32A devices support four current modes: 16A, 20A, 24A, and 32A.
Charging Delay Setting
Illustration 5: Press [Clock] to set the charging delay time. Pressing the [Clock] button once increases the charging delay time by 1 hour. The maximum delay time is 8 hours.
How to Stop Charging?
- Press the button and disconnect the charging plug.
- Close the vehicle's socket cover and attach the charging plug's protective cover.
- Disconnect the plug from the mains socket.
- Store the charger in a bag.
- * Note: Some car models lock the charging plug when power is on. Ensure power is turned off before removing the charging plug.
LCD Display Description
The LCD display shows various statuses:
- Illustration 6: Start of operation (Welcome screen)
- Illustration 7: Car disconnected status
- Illustration 8: Charging status
- Illustration 9: Scheduled charging status
- Illustration 10: Error status
If an error occurs during charging (Error A, Error B... Error H), first consult the possible causes and check the recommended solutions provided in the troubleshooting section. If the issue persists, contact the NTEC Sp. z o.o. service department.
Troubleshooting

Error - A | Thermal overload protection | 1. Check if the current mode is correct. 2. Disconnect the electric vehicle charging connector and the power connector. After the charger cools down, try again. If the error persists, contact the dealer. |
Error - B | Short circuit protection (CP) | 1. Disconnect the electric vehicle charging connector and the power connector, then reconnect the power connector. 2. If Error - B does not appear on the LCD screen, there is a short circuit on the car's CP. 3. If Error - B still appears on the LCD screen, contact the dealer. |
Error - C | Overvoltage protection | 1. Check if the supply voltage exceeds the permissible limit. 2. If the voltage at the power socket is too high, wait for the supply voltage to normalize. 3. If the power socket voltage is correct but the charger still shows Error - C, contact the dealer. |
Error - D | Undervoltage protection | 1. Check if the supply voltage is below the permissible limit. 2. If the voltage at the power socket is too low, wait for the supply voltage to normalize. 3. If the power socket voltage is correct but the charger still shows Error - D, contact the dealer. |
Error - F | Short circuit protection | 1. Disconnect the electric vehicle charging connector and the power connector, then reconnect the power connector. 2. If Error - F is not visible on the LCD screen, there is a short circuit on the car's side. 3. If Error - F still appears on the LCD screen, contact the dealer. |
Error - G | Leakage protection | 1. Disconnect the electric vehicle charging connector and the power connector, then reconnect the power connector. 2. If Error - G is not visible on the LCD screen, there is a leakage current on the car's side. 3. If Error - G still appears on the LCD screen, contact the dealer. |

Conservation
- Keep the charger clean by using a soft, dry cloth to wipe away dust and dirt. Do not use chemicals.
- Regularly inspect power cables and connectors for damage, such as wear, cracks, or loose connections.
- Ensure ventilation openings are clean and unobstructed to provide adequate cooling.
- Avoid contact with water or other liquids to prevent electrical damage.
Usage (Disposal)
This product is subject to the regulations for the disposal of electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). Dispose of it at a designated collection point for electrical waste, ensuring safe recycling in accordance with GPSR standards. Find out where the nearest electrical waste collection points are located. For disposal inquiries, contact the manufacturer or authorized service center.
Warranty and Service Information
The product is covered by a 24-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any material and manufacturing defects. For prompt and professional service, please contact our service department if you encounter problems with the device. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, mechanical damage, unauthorized repairs, or attempted disassembly.
