Safety Information
- Protect from rain: Use in covered areas.
- Do not immerse the control module in water.
- Do not step on, pull, bend, or tie the cable into knots.
- Do not drop the control unit or place heavy objects on it.
- Do not place the device near high-temperature sources during charging.
- Do not place the device in a car or enclosed space during charging.
- Do not use the device outside its operating temperature range of -30°C to +50°C.
- The charger must only be used if the power supply is equipped with a residual current device (RCD) with a Type B circuit breaker.
- Do not attempt to repair the device yourself if it breaks down.
- Do not use the device if the cable is damaged.
- The device is intended solely for charging electric vehicles.
- Do not use the device with an extension cord.
- Do not insert fingers into the charging connector.
- If the device is not working, contact your dealer for repair or replacement.

Key Features
- Temperature Control: The temperature sensor monitors the charger's operating temperature in real-time. If the temperature exceeds a safe level, the charger will immediately stop working. It will automatically resume operation once the temperature returns to normal.
- Automatic Error Correction: An intelligent chip automatically corrects common charging errors, ensuring stable device operation.
- Durable Casing: Made of polycarbonate, the casing is robust and reliable, having passed internal strength tests.
- Current Adjustment: Current can be adjusted depending on the model.
- Charging Start Delay: Set a delay for charging to start (1h, 2h, 5h, or 8h).
- LCD Display: Provides information on charging time, temperature, and operating mode.
- Optional Wall Mount Bracket: Available depending on the model.
- Cable Length: 5 meters.
Usage Information
- When using the 16A charging mode, use a socket with a rated current of at least 16A. If using a standard 10A socket, set the current mode to 10A or less. Failure to do so may void the warranty if the charger is damaged due to incorrect current settings.
- Do not place flammable materials, explosive substances, chemicals, or other hazardous materials near the device.
- Keep the charging connector clean. If it is dirty, wipe it with a clean, dry cloth. Do not touch the metal contacts in the connector with your fingers. Ensure the charger is disconnected from the power source and the vehicle before cleaning.
- Do not use the charger if the cable is damaged, cracked, worn, or has exposed wires. If you notice any of these issues, contact your dealer.
- Do not attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify the charger yourself. Improper handling can lead to equipment damage, loss of sealing, current leakage, etc.
- If any anomalies occur during use, disconnect the power immediately.
- During precipitation, use the charger under a cover and protect it from rain and snow.
- Keep children away from the device during charging due to the risk of injury.
- It is strictly prohibited to unauthorizedly remove the charging plug from the socket during the charging process, as this may pose a safety risk to the vehicle or user.
- Vehicles must not be moved while charging. Charging can only occur when the vehicle is stationary. This applies to all types of vehicles.
Charging Tips
- Ensure your electrical wiring is equipped with a Type B residual current device (RCD).
- Connect the charger to a 230V socket.
- (Optional) Set the charging delay by pressing the button with the clock icon.
- Set the desired charging current using the "A" button.
- Connect the charging cable to the vehicle.
- Monitor the charging progress on the LCD display.
- When charging is complete, disconnect the device from the vehicle first, then from the socket.
How to Start Charging
- Firmly insert the plug into the wall socket. Ensure the socket meets national standards and has a rated current of at least 16A.
- Press the [A] button to switch charging current modes. Press the [Clock] button to set the charging delay time.
- Gently pull the cover and fully insert the charging plug into the vehicle's socket until you hear a click.
- The device will begin charging.
Current and Delay Settings
Current Setting
Press the [A] button to cycle through current modes. The current mode can be activated by pressing the [A] button when the charger is powered on and not connected to a vehicle.
- The 16A unit supports four current modes: 8A, 10A, 13A, and 16A.
- The 32A unit supports four current modes: 16A, 20A, 24A, and 32A.
Charging Delay Setting
Press [Clock] to set the charging time. This mode can be activated by pressing the [Clock] button when the charger is powered on and not connected to a vehicle.
The charging delay increases by 1 hour with each press of the [Clock] button. The maximum delay is 8 hours.
How to Stop Charging
- Press the button and disconnect the charger's plug.
- Close the vehicle's charging port cover and secure the protective cap on the charger's plug.
- Unplug the charger from the wall socket.
- Store the charger in its bag.
* Some vehicle models lock the charging plug when the power is on. Turn off the power before removing the charging plug.
LCD Display Description
The LCD display shows various states:
- Commissioning: Initial setup or startup screen.
- Vehicle Disconnected: Indicates the EV is not connected.
- Charging: Shows the active charging process.
- Scheduled Charging: Indicates charging is set to start at a later time.
- Error: Displays when a fault or error condition is detected.
Troubleshooting
In case of an error (Error A, Error B... Error H) during charging, first consult the possible causes and recommended solutions below. If the issue persists, contact the NTEC service department.

Error C | Overvoltage Protection | 1. Check if the supply voltage exceeds the permissible limit. 2. If the voltage at the power plug is too high, wait for the voltage to return to normal. 3. If the supply voltage is correct but the charger still displays Error C, contact your dealer. |
Error D | Undervoltage Protection | 1. Check if the supply voltage is below the permissible limit. 2. If the voltage at the power plug is too low, wait for the voltage to return to normal. 3. If the supply voltage is correct but the charger still displays Error D, contact your dealer. |
Error F | Short Circuit Protection | 1. Disconnect the EV charging plug and the power plug, then reconnect the power plug. 2. If Error F is not displayed on the LCD, a short circuit may be present on the vehicle side. 3. If Error F is still displayed, contact your dealer. |

Maintenance
- For cleaning, use a soft, dry cloth. Do not use chemical cleaning agents.
- Regularly check power cables and connectors for damage, such as abrasion, cracks, or loose connections.
- Ensure ventilation openings are clean and unobstructed to provide adequate cooling.
- Avoid contact with water or other liquids to prevent damage to the electrical wiring.
Disposal
This product is subject to the regulations for the disposal of electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). Hand it over to an e-waste collection point that ensures safe recycling in accordance with GPSR standards. Check for the nearest e-waste collection points. If you have any questions regarding disposal, please contact the manufacturer or an authorized service center.
Warranty and Service
The product comes with a 24-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship. For any problems with the device, please contact our service department for prompt and professional assistance. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, falls, mechanical damage, unauthorized repairs, or attempted disassembly.
