Important Notices
- 50% Tightening: Tighten all screws to approximately 50% before fully securing them. An Allen wrench is recommended over an electric drill to prevent overtightening and damage.
- Stable Surface: Place the item on a flat, stable ground for adjustment and to ensure it remains stable throughout the assembly process.
- Gradual Tightening: Once all parts are in place, gradually tighten all screws using the appropriate tools.
- Screw Alignment: If screws do not align with holes during assembly, loosen all other screws to 50% and continue the assembly process. This allows for adjustment.
- Stability Check: If the assembled item is not stable, loosen all screws, adjust it on a flat ground, and then retighten all screws.
- Hole Design: Note that if one or more screws are fully tightened during assembly, it may affect the alignment of others. The holes are designed to be relatively larger to provide more space for adjustment.

Assembly Steps
Step 1: Assemble Base Frame
Attach part B to part C using two (3) bolts. [50% tightening]

Attach part E to the frame using four (2) bolts. [50% tightening]

Step 5: Attach Armrest Component
Attach part F using two (1) bolts, two (7) washers, and two (8) nuts. [50% tightening]
Step 6: Attach Vertical Support
Attach part J to the frame using three (3) bolts. [50% tightening]
Step 7: Add Horizontal Supports
Attach part H to the frame using five (3) bolts. [50% tightening]
Step 8: Add Another Support
Attach part I to the frame using four (3) bolts. [50% tightening]
Step 9: Attach Another Frame Section
Attach part G to the frame using four (5) bolts. [50% tightening]
Step 10: Secure Frame with Bolts
Secure the frame using sixteen (4) bolts, four (9) plastic feet type 1, and four (10) plastic feet type 2. [50% tightening]
Step 11: Assemble Cushions
Place cushion K (seat) and cushions T and L (back) onto the assembled frame. [100%]
Step 12: Attach Side Module Frame
Attach part M to part N using two (3) bolts. [50% tightening]
Step 13: Attach Base Frame to Module
Attach part O to the assembled module using eighteen (6) bolts and three (14) hinges. [100% tightening]
Step 14: Connect Module to Main Frame
Connect the module to the main frame using two (3) bolts. [50% tightening]

Step 18: Attach Gas Springs
Attach gas springs (12) to part O and the frame. Ensure part O sheet is upward. [100%]
Step 19: Place Storage Unit
Place the boxed item U onto the assembled frame. [100%]
Step 20: Add Seat and Back Cushions
Place cushion S (seat) and cushions L (back) onto the assembled sofa structure. [100%]
