IKEA Family Promotion: "Coupon for Coffee or Tea and a Daim Cake for 1 PLN"

General Provisions
Promotion Name: "Coupon for Coffee or Tea and a Daim Cake for 1 PLN for IKEA Family Club Members" (“Promotion”).
Organizer: IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o., located at Plac Szwedzki 3, 05-090 Raszyn, Poland. The company has a share capital of PLN 20,000,000.00 and is registered in the National Court Register under KRS number 0000091681, REGON: 010577890, NIP: 527 010 33 85.
Promotion Terms and Conditions
Promotion Period: August 4, 2025 – September 30, 2025.
Promotion Venue: IKEA stationary stores within the Republic of Poland (“IKEA Store”).
Eligibility: The promotion is open to individuals with full legal capacity, legal entities, or organizational units without legal personality but with legal capacity granted by law.
Target Audience: The promotion is aimed at retail customers and applies to IKEA product purchases typically made by households or for business purposes. It does not apply to IKEA products intended for resale.
IKEA Family Club Members: Only IKEA Family Club members who are individuals with full legal capacity or organizational units without legal personality but with legal capacity granted by law are eligible. The IKEA Family card must be presented before payment at the IKEA store.
Exclusions: The promotion does not apply to other products or IKEA Food items available in the IKEA Restaurant. Products from the "Occasional Deals" section, display items, or custom orders are not included.
Non-combinable: The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions.
Detailed Promotion Terms
The promotion involves providing customers who participated in a survey about their IKEA shopping experience between August 4, 2025, and September 21, 2025, with a discount code (“Discount Code”). This code allows the purchase of coffee or tea and a Daim cake for 1 PLN gross. The offer is valid in IKEA Restaurants from August 4, 2025, to September 30, 2025. The Discount Code is single-use and applies to one set consisting of coffee or tea and a Daim cake. The Discount Code will be automatically issued electronically after completing the survey. The Discount Code will be presented as a QR code on the website after filling out and saving the survey, with the option to download it as a PDF file for mobile devices or computers.
To redeem the discount in the IKEA Restaurant, customers must present the received "coupon for coffee or tea and a Daim cake" at the IKEA Restaurant checkout before payment.
The discount code can be redeemed during a single purchase in the IKEA Restaurant at any IKEA store until September 30, 2025.
Withdrawal from an order (based on the IKEA store product return regulations) for which a Discount Code was issued also means forfeiture of the discount on the returned items. The refund value is calculated based on the unit prices shown on the receipt or invoice and is processed according to the described points.
The promotion is intended for customers who meet the conditions specified in these regulations. If a customer who does not meet the aforementioned conditions receives a Discount Code, the Organizer reserves the right to deactivate the coupon, refuse the discount, or claim the return of benefits obtained by the customer contrary to these regulations.
Other Provisions
Participation in the promotion signifies the customer's confirmation of having read and accepted these regulations.
Complaints: All complaints regarding the promotion should be submitted within 14 days of the promotion's end. Complaints can be submitted:
- By phone: 22 275 00 00 (charges according to the operator's tariff).
- In person at the IKEA Store Customer Service Department in writing.
- By mail to the IKEA Store address (Customer Service Department Manager).
- Via the complaint form available on the Reklamacje w IKEA - IKEA website.
- Using the IKEA chat available on the Kontakt – IKEA - IKEA website.
- Via Facebook Messenger on the official IKEA profile.
Complaints will be processed within 14 days.
Written complaints must include customer contact details (name, surname, address, phone number) and a description of the complaint.
The promotion regulations are available at the IKEA Store Customer Service Department and on the IKEA.pl/Regulaminy website.
The Organizer may introduce changes to these regulations during the promotion. Amended regulations will be published on IKEA.pl/Regulaminy and at the IKEA Store Customer Service Department. Changes take effect from the date of announcement, as stated in the preceding sentence. The date of the regulation change will also be indicated in the text of the regulations. Changes to these regulations do not apply to individuals who joined the promotion before the change date.
Any disputes arising from the execution of obligations related to this promotion will be settled by the competent common court.
For customers who are consumers or individuals who have entered into an agreement directly related to their economic activity, where the nature of the activity is not professional (as indicated in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity), IKEA is responsible for the non-conformity of IKEA Goods and Services with the agreement according to Articles 43a et seq. of the Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights. For other customers, IKEA is responsible for product defects according to Articles 556 et seq. of the Civil Code.
These regulations are effective from August 4, 2025.
