Assembly Steps

1. Prepare Components: Identify and lay out all cabinet frame parts (side panels, base, top, back supports) and hardware. Ensure all pieces are present and undamaged.
2. Assemble Base and Sides: Insert dowels (e.g., 103693) into the base panel (e.g., 10039571). Attach the two side panels (e.g., 10036383, 10039201) to the base panel using dowels and secure with screws (e.g., 319503).
3. Attach Top Panel: Insert dowels into the top edges of the side panels. Position the top panel (e.g., 10122774) onto the side panels, aligning dowels, and secure with screws (e.g., 10039201).
4. Install Back Supports: Attach the back panel support pieces (e.g., 124531, 109582) to the rear edges of the cabinet frame using screws (e.g., 10035574).
5. Mount Drawer Runners (Cabinet): Attach the cabinet-side drawer runners (e.g., 109563) to the inside of the side panels at the pre-drilled positions using screws (e.g., 10046940). Ensure they are level and parallel.
6. Attach Hinge Plates (Cabinet): Mount the hinge mounting plates (e.g., 112996) to the inside of the cabinet side panels at the designated locations using screws (e.g., 10035574).
7. Attach Hinges to Door: Secure the hinge arms (e.g., 107091) to the door panel (e.g., 10049278) using screws (e.g., 124518, 124519). Ensure correct orientation.
8. Attach Door Handle: Fasten the door handle (e.g., 114678) to the door panel (e.g., 10049278) with screws (e.g., 109397).
9. Assemble Drawer Box: Connect the drawer side panels (e.g., 110682) to the drawer front and back panels using screws (e.g., 101351). Slide the drawer bottom into the grooves.
10. Mount Drawer Runners (Drawer): Attach the drawer-side runner components (e.g., 113434) to the assembled drawer box sides using screws (e.g., 101351).
11. Insert Drawer: Slide the assembled drawer into the cabinet by aligning its runners with the cabinet runners. Check for smooth operation.
12. Mount Door: Attach the door to the cabinet by connecting the hinge arms to the hinge mounting plates. Ensure the door is securely seated.
13. Adjust Door: Fine-tune the door alignment using the hinge adjustment screws for proper fit, levelness, and closure.
14. Attach Corner Supports (Base): Secure the corner support brackets (e.g., 319503) to the base of the cabinet frame using screws (e.g., 10036383, 10039201).
15. Attach Corner Supports (Top): Secure the corner support brackets (e.g., 319503) to the top of the cabinet frame using screws (e.g., 10036383, 10039201).
16. Install Back Panel: Slide the back panel into the rear grooves of the cabinet. It is secured by the back panel supports.
17. Attach Drawer Front (Variant 1): Fasten the drawer front panel (e.g., 101351) to the drawer box using screws (e.g., 10049278, 10046940) from the inside of the box. Ensure alignment.
18. Attach Drawer Handle (Variant 1): Secure the drawer front handle (e.g., 112996) to the drawer front panel using screws (e.g., 113434).
19. Attach Door (Variant 2): Mount a different door type onto the cabinet by connecting its hinge arms to the hinge mounting plates. Ensure proper seating.
20. Adjust Door (Variant 2): Adjust the door hinges for optimal alignment and closure.
21. Attach Drawer Front (Variant 2): Fasten another drawer front panel (e.g., 113434) to its drawer box using screws (e.g., 112996) from the inside.
