METOD Corner Base Cabinet Assembly Instructions

Assembly Steps
Step 1
Assemble the main cabinet frame by connecting the base panel and side panels using screws (112996).

Step 2
Attach a bracket assembly (parts 10049278, 10046940, 101351) to the cabinet base using screws (10049278).

Step 3
Insert dowels (101351) into the pre-drilled holes on the edges of the side panels.

Step 4
Insert the side panels into the base, aligning the dowels with the corresponding holes.

Step 5
Attach the top panel to the assembled side panels.

Insert dowels (101351) into the pre-drilled holes on the top panel.

Attach a bracket assembly (parts 113434, 101351) using screws.

Insert the back panels into the grooves of the cabinet frame.

Attach the top panel to the frame.

Attach corner connectors (113434) to the frame.

Step 11
Ensure the cabinet is at a 90-degree angle. Secure the top panel using screws (319503).

Continue securing the top panel with screws (319503).

Attach a sliding mechanism component using screws (319503).

Place a second cabinet unit on top of the assembled base unit.

Step 35-38: Door Hinge Adjustment
Adjust the doors by tightening or loosening the screws on the hinges (e.g., 109558, 10122074) to ensure proper alignment. Follow the visual guides for precise adjustments.

Final Check
Review all connections to ensure they are secure. The cabinet is now assembled.
