METOD High Cabinet Frame Assembly

Tools Required

Assembly Steps

Step 1 (Page 8)

Insert 8x dowels (Part No: 112996) into the pre-drilled holes on the side panels.

Step 2 (Page 8)

Attach the back panel support (Part No: 10046940). Insert 2x cam lock housings (Part No: 10049278) and 2x cam locks (Part No: 112996) into the designated holes on the side panels, then secure them.

Step 3 (Page 9)

Attach the vertical side panels to the base. Insert 4x dowels (Part No: 101351) into the base panel and align with the holes on the vertical panels. Secure with 4x screws (Part No: 113434).

Step 4 (Page 9)

Attach the second vertical side panel. Insert 4x dowels (Part No: 101351) into the base panel and align with the holes on the second vertical panel. Secure with 4x screws (Part No: 113434).

Step 5 (Page 10)

Slide the back panel into the grooves on the side panels and base.

Step 6 (Page 10)

Secure the back panel by inserting 4x screws (Part No: 101351) through the pre-drilled holes on the side panels into the back panel.

Step 7 (Page 11)

With assistance, place the top panel onto the assembled frame. Insert 4x cam lock assemblies (using Part No: 113434 for housing) into the designated holes on the top panel and side panels, then secure them.

Step 8 (Page 12)

Place the top panel onto the assembled frame, ensuring it is at a 90-degree angle. Secure the top panel by inserting 1x screw (Part No: 319503) through the pre-drilled hole on the side panel into the top panel. Repeat for the other side.

Step 9 (Page 13)

Secure the top panel by inserting 1x screw (Part No: 319503) through the pre-drilled hole on the side panel into the top panel.

Step 10 (Page 13)

Secure the top panel by inserting 1x screw (Part No: 319503) through the pre-drilled hole on the side panel into the top panel.

Step 11 (Page 14)

Attach the shelf support brackets. Insert 2x shelf support brackets (Part No: 10036383 & 10039201) into the pre-drilled holes on the inside of the side panels.

Step 12 (Page 14)

Secure the back panel with 10x screws (Part No: 319503).

Step 13 (Page 16, 21)

Attach wall mounting brackets. Insert 2x wall mounting brackets (Part No: 10039571) into the pre-drilled holes on the top back edge of the cabinet frame.

Step 14 (Page 18, 22)

Attach hinge mounting plates. Insert 2x hinge mounting plates (Part No: 124526) into the pre-drilled holes on the inside of the cabinet frame.

Step 15 (Page 19, 23)

Attach hinge arms. Slide 2x hinge arms (Part No: 124518 & 124519) into the mounting plates.

Step 16 (Page 20, 25)

Insert shelves. Place 4x shelf supports (Part No: 10055570) into the desired pre-drilled holes on the inside of the cabinet and place the shelves onto the supports.

Step 17 (Page 26)

Insert shelves. Place 4x shelf supports (Part No: 10055570) into the desired pre-drilled holes on the inside of the cabinet and place the shelves onto the supports.
