Warranty Information
Do not return your product to the store. Please contact Baby Trend for replacement parts, service, and repair.
The Baby Trend® warranty covers workmanship defects within the first 180 days of purchase. Any product subjected to misuse, abuse, abnormal use, excessive wear and tear, improper assembly, negligence, environmental exposure, alteration, or accident, or with a serial number altered or removed, invalidates all claims against the manufacturer. Any damage to property during installation is the sole responsibility of the end user.
Customer Service can be contacted at 1 (800) 328-7363, Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM PST. Return Authorizations are required prior to returning product(s). Warranty is valid only in North America.

General Warnings
[Warning] Failure to follow instructions could result in serious injury or death.
Playard Warnings
Suffocation Hazard
[Warning] Infants can suffocate:
- In gaps between a mattress that is too small or too thick and the product sides.
- On soft bedding. Never add a mattress, pillow, comforter, or padding. Use only the mattress provided by Baby Trend.
- The playard mattress/pad is specially designed to prevent suffocation. It has a solid base, specific length and width, and is less than one inch thick to meet safety standards. Using a thicker or different sized mattress/pad may allow a child's head to get between the mattress/pad and the side of the playard, causing suffocation.
- To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their back to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician. Always place child on back to sleep.
- Never use plastic shipping bags or other plastic film as mattress covers not sold and intended for that purpose, as they can cause suffocation.
- Never use a water mattress with this product.
Strangulation Hazard
[Warning] Never leave infant in product with sides down. Infant may roll into space between pad and loose mesh side causing suffocation.
- Strings can cause strangulation! Keep strings and cords away from child.
- Never place items with a string around a child's neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords.
- Never suspend strings over playard or attach strings to toys.
- Never place the playard near a window where cords from blinds or drapes can strangle a child.
- Child can become entrapped and die when improvised netting or covers are placed on top of a playard. Never add such items to confine a child in the playard.
- Never leave child in product with sides lowered. Ensure sides are in raised and locked position whenever child is in product.
General Playard Use
[Warning] See playard floor and side rails for warning.
- The playard, including side rails, must be fully erected prior to use.
- Make sure latches are secure.
- Discontinue use when child can climb out or reaches 35 in. (890 mm) or 30 lbs. (14kg), whichever comes first.
- When child can pull to standing position, remove bumper pads, large toys, and other objects that could serve as steps for climbing out.
- Always provide supervision. Never leave child unattended.
- Ensure playard, changing table, and napper are safe and properly secured before placing a child in it.
- Never leave the Bassinet, Changing Table, or Napper in place when a child is in the playard.
- Only one child can use the Playard/Nursery Center at any time.
- Never use if any parts are loose, missing, broken, or torn mesh/fabric. Check before assembly and periodically during use. Contact Baby Trend Customer Service at 1-800-328-7363 for replacement parts, repair, or instructions. Never substitute parts.
- This product is not intended for commercial use.
Bassinet & Cradles Warnings
[Warning] Fall Hazard: Stop using when infant begins to push up on hands and knees or reaches 25 in. (635 mm) or 15 lbs. (6.8 kgs), whichever comes first.
- Always check that the bassinet is securely locked on the base/stand.
- Suffocation Hazard: Use only the pad provided by Baby Trend. Never add extra padding under or beside the infant.
- Always use the restraint system. Adjust belt as needed.
- Never use plastic bags or film as mattress covers.
- Use bassinet with only one child at a time.
- Never place a child under the bassinet.
- Bassinet must be fully assembled and installed before use.
- Never leave the bassinet in place when child is in playard.
Changing Table Warnings
[Warning] Fall Hazard: Children have suffered serious injuries from falling off changing tables. Falls can happen quickly.
- Stay within arm's reach.
- Always secure product to the support frame per manufacturer's instructions.
- Suffocation Hazard: Changing tables are not designed for safe sleep. Never allow baby to sleep on the changing table.
- Never leave the changing table in place when the child is in the bassinet or playard. Always flip the changing table down when not in use.
- Always use the safety belt when children are on the changing table.
- Discontinue use when child begins to push up on hands and knees or reaches 25 in. (635 mm), 15 lbs. (6.8 kgs), or 4 months old, whichever comes first.
- Do not use if damaged or broken.
- Always use the restraint system. Adjust belt as needed.
Napper and Inclined Sleepers Warnings
[Warning] Fall Hazard: Stop using when infant:
- Begins to wiggle out of position or turn over.
- Head touches the upper edge of the product.
- Weighs more than 15 lb. (6.8 kg) (approx. 3 months old).
- Always use restraint system if provided.
- Suffocation Hazard: Use only the pad provided. Never add extra padding.
- Never place extra padding under or beside infant.
- Only use in playard when securely attached.
- Never use napper in a different product.
- Always place child on back to sleep.
- Use napper with only one child at a time.
- Never place child in bassinet while napper is attached.
- Always provide supervision. Never leave children unattended.
Toy Accessories Warnings
[Warning] Possible entanglement injury. Keep out of baby's reach.
- Remove Toybar/Mobile/Canopy when baby begins to push up on hands and knees (recommended use birth to 5 months).
- Toys are not intended to be mouthed and should be positioned out of reach of baby's face and mouth.
- Always attach fasteners tightly. Check frequently.
- Do not add additional strings or straps.
- Intended for visual stimulation, not grasping.
Assembly Instructions
Please follow these instructions carefully for safe operation. Keep these instructions for future reference.
IMPORTANT: Adult assembly is required. Inspect product for damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts, or sharp edges before assembly and each use. Never use if parts are missing or broken.
Playard Assembly
1. Unzip bag, remove frame. Undo straps, set mattress aside. Do not push center down yet.
2. Erect and lock all four top rails, ensuring the center mechanism is raised and locked. Test rails for rigidity.
3. Once all four top rails are locked, push down on the center handle to automatically lock the center mechanism. Test each top rail for rigidity.
4. Place mattress on playard floor, padded side up.
5. Secure mattress by feeding hook & loop fasteners through floor slots and fastening underneath.
6. Operate wheel brakes by pressing down on levers.
Folding the Playard
7. Release mattress fasteners. Raise center handle, gather legs/wheels towards center.
8. Locate rail latch release. Squeeze lever to release tubes, then push down. Ensure both tubes release for folding.
9. Gather four corners and center tightly. Wrap mattress around frame, padded side inward.
10. Secure mattress hook & loop fasteners. Place folded playard into carry bag.
Bassinet Assembly
ATTENTION: Playard must be fully assembled and locked before installing bassinet feature.
11. Connect mattress support tubes to the bottom of the Bassinet.
12. Position Bassinet over playard and secure by pushing down firmly on each plastic support clip.
13. Place Mattress into Bassinet with padded side upward.
Removing Bassinet: Remove Mattress, Canopy. Disconnect Support Tubes. Unsnap clips and lift Bassinet.
Changing Table Assembly
ATTENTION: Playard must be fully assembled and locked before installing changing table feature.
14. Connect two Long Curved Bars. Insert into fabric sleeve.
15. Insert Connector Knob Prongs into playard corners. Turn knobs clockwise to lock. Flip table onto playard. Snap buttons on flap down.
16. Locate hook & loop fasteners on table bottom and playard side rails. Secure table to frame.
17. Flip changing table into its upper position.
Securing Changing Table to Playard: 18. Secure changing table to playard frame using hook & loop fasteners.
Changing Table Restraint System: 19. Place child on table, ensure limbs are clear. Bring restraint around waist and clip buckle. Tighten strap snugly, but do not over-tighten.
Removing Changing Table: 20. Flip table outward. Unsnap fabric flap. Unlock knobs, disconnect bars.
Parent Organizer Assembly
21. Position hooks. Connect organizer/stacker to playard top rail.
Deluxe Side Pocket Organizer
Conveniently located on playard side, equipped with multiple pockets.
Napper Assembly
22. Pull fabric flaps up. Insert frame bars into sleeves, ensuring upward curve. Repeat for other side.
23. At bottom, insert frame bars into support tube and slide to lock. Pull top fabric flap down to secure.
24. At top, insert frame bars into support tube and slide to lock. Pull top fabric flap down to secure.
Attaching Napper to Playard
25. Slide napper into bassinet and push into playard until it locks. NOTE: Do not use napper on playard without bassinet and securing clips.
Removing Napper
26. Push napper support tubes button and pull tubes out.
Toy Bar Installation
27. Push down on toy bar ends to secure onto top of frame.
Music Center Assembly
28. Install 4 AA batteries. Attach Music Center to playard/bassinet rail.
Operation
Music Center Controls
Press MUSIC button to listen to melodies and change songs.
Press NATURE button to listen to nature sounds and change sounds.
Press SLEEP button to listen to sleep music and change songs.
Volume is controlled by two buttons.
Vibration
Press VIBRATION button to activate. Press again for faster speed, press again to reduce speed.
Night Light
Press NIGHT LIGHT button to use the night light.
