This document provides detailed instructions for the installation of Bosch dishwashers, including the GV 64x model.

Installation Steps

Step 1: Preparation
Ensure you have the necessary tools and components. A minimum cable length of 1.75 m is required.
Components:
- Main unit
- Mounting brackets
- Screws (e.g., 4x36, Ø4x13T)
- Water connection hoses
- Power cable

Step 2: Mounting the Dishwasher
Position the dishwasher in its designated space. Ensure clearance of at least 608 mm, with a maximum of 608 mm for the unit. The height should be between 815 mm and 875 mm. The width should accommodate a 600 mm space, with a minimum of 570 mm.

Important: Do not pinch or bend the hoses or cables during installation.

Step 3: Water Connection
Connect the water inlet hose to the water supply. The connection requires a G 3/4" or G 1/2" fitting. Ensure the water pressure is between 0.05-1 MPa (0.5-10 bar) and the water temperature is a maximum of 60°C.

Step 4: Electrical Connection
Connect the power cable to a suitable electrical outlet. The power cable length is typically 2 meters, with options for 5 meters.

Safety: Ensure the electrical connection is secure and meets local regulations. Maximum torque for connections is 10 Nm.

Step 5: Securing the Unit
Secure the dishwasher to the surrounding cabinetry using the provided brackets and screws. This ensures stability during operation.

Step 6: Final Checks
Verify all connections are secure and leak-free. Ensure the dishwasher is level and stable. Check that all hoses and cables are properly routed and not kinked.
