Basic Operation
Power On/Off
- To Turn On: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
- To Turn Off: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
Pumping Method
With the device on, briefly press the power button to start inflating. The pump will automatically stop when the preset air pressure is reached.
Battery Indicator
The battery indicator light shows different levels:
- Green: 70%-100%
- Yellow: 30%-70%
- Red: 5%-30%
- Flashing Red: Below 5% (Low battery alert; charge the device).
Charging Method
Use the USB-C port (5V/2A) with a USB-C cable and a compatible power adapter (sold separately) to charge the air pump. The charging indicator light:
- Flashing Green: Charging
- Solid Green: Fully Charged
Note: The air pump cannot be used while charging.
Air Pressure Unit Switching
Briefly press the unit switching icon [unit-switch-icon] to change the displayed pressure unit. Conversion formulas:
- 1 PSI = 6.89 KPA
- 1 BAR = 100 KPA
- 1 Kg/cm² = 98 KPA
LED Light
Press and hold the mode button [mode-button] to cycle through lighting modes: LED light on, strobe mode, SOS mode, then light off.
Preset Air Pressure
Briefly press the +/- buttons to adjust the preset air pressure by 0.5 PSI per press. Long-press the +/- buttons to quickly adjust the preset pressure value.
Note: The device automatically saves the scene mode and its corresponding preset pressure. When you select a scene again, the saved preset pressure will be applied.
Checking Air Pressure
When the pump is in standby and the air hose is connected to the object to be inflated, the upper part of the pump's display shows the currently measured air pressure.
Example Display:
- Measured Atmospheric Pressure: 16.5 PSI
- Preset Air Pressure: 38.0 PSI
Resetting Pressure
If the pump is powered on but the air hose is not connected to an inflatable object, and the measured pressure is not 0.0, simultaneously press and hold the + and – buttons for 2 seconds. The screen lights will all turn on, indicating the reset is complete.
Note: This resets the default pressure to zero. Manual reset can improve accuracy if the measured barometric pressure is not zero due to altitude or sensor differences. Calibration is not recommended at high temperatures.
Application Scene Switching
Briefly press the mode button [mode-button] to select from 5 preset inflation scenes:
Scene Mode | Default Preset Value | Adjustable Range |
---|---|---|
Balls | 8 PSI | 2-15 PSI |
Bicycle | 38 PSI | 2-150 PSI |
Motorcycle | 2.7 BAR | 0.1-3.7 BAR |
Motor Vehicle | 2.4 BAR | 0.1-4.4 BAR |
Custom | 100 PSI | 2-150 PSI |
Inflation Pressure Check
For safety, always check the required inflation pressure for the item being inflated according to its instruction manual before inflating. This helps prevent injuries from over-inflation and potential explosions.
Connecting the Air Hose to the Valve
Schrader Valves
ATVs, electric bikes, motorcycles, and motorized vehicles typically use Schrader valves. To inflate, connect the Schrader valve to the American-style quick-connect air hose.
Diagram Description: A Schrader valve is shown connected to the quick-connect air hose.
Presta Valves
For inflating road bikes and some ATVs, a Presta valve adapter is required.
- Connect the Presta valve adapter to the Schrader valve on the high-pressure air hose.
- Unscrew the cap from the Presta valve.
- Connect the Presta valve to the adapter for inflation.
Diagram Description: An illustration shows the Presta valve adapter connecting to a Presta valve, which is then attached to the quick-connect air hose.
Ball Valves
Ball valves are needed for inflating balls like basketballs and footballs.
To inflate: Connect the ball valve to the Schrader valve on the air hose. Insert the ball valve into the inflation hole of the ball to inflate.
Diagram Description: A ball valve is shown connected to the quick-connect air hose, ready to be inserted into a ball.
Mobile Power
The Smart Air Pump's battery has a capacity of 4000 mAh. The USB-A output port (5V/2A) can be used to charge electronic devices like mobile phones.
Note: Inflation and charging cannot be performed simultaneously.

Attention
- Do not leave the device unattended during inflation.
- Keep the air pump away from flammable and explosive materials.
- Avoid letting sand enter or fall into the device.
- Do not place the product in extremely cold, hot, or humid environments.
- This product contains a built-in lithium battery. Do not dispose of it in fire or discard it carelessly.
- Keep this product out of reach of children.
High Temperature Safety Precautions
When the air hose is detached, the air hose and its connector can become very hot due to prolonged operation. Avoid touching them with your hands for extended periods.
Diagram Description: An illustration indicates a high temperature warning near the air hose connector.
Troubleshooting
Problem | Troubleshooting Method |
---|---|
Inflating too slowly | 1. Check if the power is sufficient. 2. Check for air leaks in the air hose. 3. Ensure connections at both ends of the air hose are tight. 4. Check if the item being inflated has an air leak. |
Cannot inflate | 1. Check if the power is sufficient. 2. Check if the current tire pressure is already higher than the preset value. |
Cannot increase or decrease preset pressure value | Verify the pump is in the correct inflation mode. Select the custom mode to adjust the preset value within the 2-150 PSI range. |
Inflates correctly, but pressure displays zero | 1. Low-pressure items like balls may be outside the device's measurable range. 2. For a completely flat tire, a short inflation period is needed before the tire pressure value displays. |
Pump automatically stops after tightening the air valve | The pump will automatically shut off after 3 minutes. Press and hold the power button to turn it back on. |
Air leak during air hose connection | Tighten the air hose connection. |
Power indicator color is inconsistent between inflation and standby states. | The lithium battery experiences voltage drops during discharge, causing inconsistency in indicator light colors between charging and standby states. This is not a defect. |
Power indicator does not turn on after charging | Replace with safe and compliant charging cables and adapters. |
