- Air Pressure Unit Switching Button (U): Short press to cycle through pressure units.
Basic Operation
Power On/Off
To turn the air pump on or off, press and hold the Power Button (U) for 3 seconds.
Method of Pumping
Once the device is powered on, a single press of the Power Button (U) will start the inflation process. The pump will automatically stop when the preset air pressure value is reached.
Battery Indicator
The battery indicator displays the remaining battery level with different colors:
- Green: 70%~100% charge
- Yellow: 30%~70% charge
- Red: 5%~30% charge
- Red Flash: Below 5% charge (low battery, requires charging before use).
Charging Method
Use the provided USB-C cable and a separate power adapter (not included) for charging. The input is 5V/2A.
Battery indicator during charging:
- Flashing Green Light: Charging in progress.
- Solid Green Light: Fully charged.
Note: The air pump cannot be used while it is charging.
Air Pressure Unit Switching
Short press the 'U' button to cycle through the available air pressure units: PSI, BAR, KPA, Kg/cm². The conversion formulas are:
- 1 PSI = 6.89 KPA
- 1 BAR = 100 KPA
- 1 KG/cm² = 90 KPA
LED Light
Long press the '⭐' button to turn the LED light on or off. The device offers three lighting modes: Torch light mode, Strobe light mode, and SOS light mode. Long press the '⭐' button again to cycle through these modes. In SOS light mode, a long press of the '⭐' button will turn off the LED light.
Preset Air Pressure
Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the preset air pressure value. A short press adjusts the value by 0.5 PSI, while a long press allows for quicker adjustment.
Check The Air Pressure
When the pump is in standby mode and the trachea is connected to an object for inflation, the upper half of the pump's display screen shows the currently measured air pressure.
Pressure Reset
If the measured pressure value is not 0.0 when the pump is powered on and the trachea is not connected to an object, press and hold both the '+' and '-' buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds. The display will reset to normal.
Note: While the default air pressure value is reset to zero, differences in altitude or sensor sensitivity may cause the measured value to deviate. A manual reset can improve accuracy. Avoid calibration when the device is hot after inflation.
Application Scene Switching
Short press the '⭐' button to select from five preset inflation scene modes:
Scene Mode | Preset Default Value | Adjustable Range |
---|---|---|
Balls | 8PSI | 2-15PSI |
Bike | 38PSI | 2-150PSI |
Motorcycle | 2.7BAR | 0.1-3.7BAR |
Motor Vehicle | 2.4BAR | 0.1-4.4BAR |
Customize | 100PSI | 2-150PSI |
Confirm Inflating Pressure
For safety, always check the required inflation pressure for the item being inflated (e.g., tire, ball) according to its instruction manual. Over-inflation can cause explosions and personal injury.
Specific Item Guidance:
Car Tires
The recommended pressure range for car tires is usually marked on the tire's sidewall. Inflation pressure is also related to the vehicle's load weight. For precise recommendations, consult the vehicle's manual.
Tire and Ball Inflation Guidance
Motorcycle Tires
Refer to the pressure range marked on the motorcycle tire's sidewall. Inflation pressure depends on load weight. Consult the vehicle manual for specific recommendations.
Bicycle Tires
Refer to the pressure range marked on the bicycle tire's sidewall. Inflation pressure depends on load weight. Consult the vehicle manual for specific recommendations.
Balls
The required inflation pressure for balls like footballs, basketballs, and volleyballs is typically marked near the inflation port. Inflation pressure may vary with load. Consult the ball's manual for specific recommendations.
Connecting the Air Trachea to the Air Valve
American Valves
Commonly found on mountain bikes, electric bikes, motorcycles, and motor vehicles. To inflate, connect the American-style valve directly to the American-style quick-connect trachea.

French Valves
Required for inflating road bikes and some mountain bikes. Use the provided French valve adapter.
- Connect the French valve adapter to the American air valve of the high-pressure air trachea.
- Unscrew the cap of the French valve.
- Connect the French valve to the adapter to inflate.

Ball Valves
Ball valves are used for inflating sports balls like basketballs and soccer balls. To inflate, connect the ball valve to the American air valve of the air trachea, then insert the ball valve into the ball's inflation hole.

Power Bank Functionality
The Smart Air Pump has a 4000mAh battery and a 5V/2A USB-A output port, allowing it to function as a power bank to charge electronic devices such as mobile phones.
Note: The air pump cannot be used for inflation and charging external devices simultaneously.

Troubleshooting
Problems | Solutions |
---|---|
Inflate too slow |
|
Unable to inflate |
|
Unable to increase or decrease the preset pressure value | Check if the pump is in the correct inflation mode. Select the 'Customize' mode to adjust the preset value within the 2-150 PSI range. |
Inflates properly but pressure value shows zero |
|
After tightening the air valve, the air pump has automatically powered off | The pump automatically powers off after 3 minutes of inactivity. Press and hold the power button to restart it. |
There is a leak when connecting the trachea | Ensure the trachea is securely tightened. |
The color of the power indicator light in inflating state is inconsistent with that in the standby state | This is normal. The lithium battery experiences a significant voltage drop during discharge, causing the indicator light color to appear inconsistent between charging and standby states. This is not a fault. |
The power indicator does not light up after charging | Replace with a safe and compliant charging cable and adapter to recharge the device. |
