Troubleshooting

Slow Inflation Speed

Troubleshooting Method:

  1. Check if the battery is fully charged.
  2. Check the hose for leaks.
  3. Ensure connection parts at both ends of the hose are tightened.
  4. Check if the inflated object is leaking.

Device Turned On But Cannot Inflate

Troubleshooting Method:

  1. Check if the battery is fully charged.
  2. Check if the current tire pressure is higher than the preset value.

Preset Pressure Value Cannot Be Increased or Decreased

Troubleshooting Method: Check if the pump is in the wrong inflation mode. Select the custom mode to adjust the preset value within the 2-150 PSI range.

Inflates Normally, But Pressure Shows Zero

Troubleshooting Method:

  1. Low-pressure items (like balloons) may be outside the pump's measurement range.
  2. For a flat tire, pressure may be displayed after a short inflation.

Pump Automatically Shuts Off After Connecting Nozzle

Troubleshooting Method: It automatically shuts off after 3 minutes. Press and hold the [power button] to turn it back on.

Leak When Connecting Hose

Troubleshooting Method: Tighten the hose securely.

Battery Indicator Color Differs Between Inflation and Standby States
