Product Overview
This document provides programming instructions for the TEEHO Keyless Entry Door Lock. It covers installation, basic usage, feature settings, and troubleshooting.
The exterior unit features a keypad, handle/knob, and speaker grille. The interior unit includes a thumbturn and battery compartment.

⚠️ WARNING: Always ensure the door is unlocked before programming or attempting to enter. Failure to do so may result in the lock engaging and trapping you outside or inside.
⚠️ CAUTION: Do not expose the lock to extreme temperatures or moisture. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Ensure batteries are installed correctly with correct polarity. Replace batteries when the low battery indicator appears. Keep small parts away from children.

Installation
Exterior Assembly
Diagram: Shows the exterior part of the lock with the keypad and spindle.
Interior Assembly
Diagram: Shows the interior part of the lock with the thumbturn and battery compartment.
- Install the Exterior Assembly: Mount the exterior unit through the door, ensuring the spindle passes through the door correctly.
- Install the Interior Assembly: Attach the interior unit to the spindle and align it with the mounting plate.
- Connect the Cable: Connect the wire harness from the exterior unit to the interior unit.
- Install Batteries: Insert 4 AA alkaline batteries into the interior unit, observing correct polarity.
- Test the Lock: Manually operate the lock mechanism to ensure smooth movement.
- Secure the Interior Assembly: Fasten the interior unit to the door.
- Install the Strike Plate: Mount the strike plate on the door frame in the correct position for the deadbolt.
How to Use

Unlocking with Code:

To unlock, press the TEEHO button, enter your valid user code on the keypad, and the deadbolt will retract. A green light confirms successful operation.

Manual Operation:
Diagram: Shows the interior thumbturn being rotated.
The door can be locked or unlocked from the inside by manually turning the thumbturn on the interior assembly.

Low Battery Indicator:
Diagram: Shows a red light flashing.
A flashing red light on the keypad indicates that the batteries are low and need to be replaced.

Code Setting
Follow these steps to program your lock:
1. Setting the Master Code
- Press the TEEHO button. Wait for a long green light.
- Enter the current Master Code. Wait for a flashing green light.
- Enter the new Master Code (6-8 digits). Wait for a flashing green light.
- Re-enter the new Master Code. Wait for a long green light.
Result: New Master Code is set.
2. Adding a User Code
- Press the TEEHO button. Wait for a long green light.
- Enter the Master Code. Wait for a flashing green light.
- Press '1' (to add User Code). Wait for a flashing green light.
- Enter the User Code (4-8 digits). Wait for a flashing green light.
- Re-enter the User Code. Wait for a long green light.
Result: User Code is added.
3. Deleting a User Code
- Press the TEEHO button. Wait for a long green light.
- Enter the Master Code. Wait for a flashing green light.
- Press '2' (to delete User Code). Wait for a flashing green light.
- Enter the User Code to delete. Wait for a flashing green light.
- Re-enter the User Code to delete. Wait for a long green light.
Result: Specified User Code is deleted.
4. Deleting All User Codes
- Press the TEEHO button. Wait for a long green light.
- Enter the Master Code. Wait for a flashing green light.
- Press '3' (to delete all User Codes). Wait for a flashing green light.
- Re-enter the Master Code. Wait for a long green light.
Result: All User Codes are deleted.
5. Enabling/Disabling Passage Mode
- Press the TEEHO button. Wait for a long green light.
- Enter the Master Code. Wait for a flashing green light.
- Press '4' (for Passage Mode). Wait for a flashing green light.
- Enter '1' to enable or '0' to disable. Wait for a flashing green light.
- Re-enter '1' to enable or '0' to disable. Wait for a long green light.
Result: Passage Mode is set.
Troubleshooting
1. Lock does not respond
- Possible Cause: Batteries are low or dead.
- Solution: Replace batteries with new AA alkaline batteries.
- Possible Cause: Batteries installed incorrectly.
- Solution: Ensure batteries are inserted with correct polarity.
- Possible Cause: Loose connection.
- Solution: Check cable connection between interior and exterior units.
2. Cannot set Master Code
- Possible Cause: Incorrect current Master Code entered.
- Solution: Ensure you are entering the correct existing Master Code.
- Possible Cause: New Master Code does not meet requirements (e.g., length).
- Solution: Ensure the new Master Code is 6-8 digits.
3. User Code not accepted
- Possible Cause: Incorrect User Code entered.
- Solution: Ensure you are entering the correct User Code.
- Possible Cause: User Code not properly programmed.
- Solution: Re-program the User Code following the instructions.
4. Lock jams or is difficult to turn
- Possible Cause: Door alignment issues.
- Solution: Check door and frame alignment. Adjust strike plate if necessary.
- Possible Cause: Spindle not properly seated.
- Solution: Ensure the spindle is correctly installed.
