Terms & Conditions
- Promotion: During the Promotional Period, IKEA Loyalty Members will receive up to a maximum of 25% discount off from the current retail price of Selected Products. Please see the following table(s) at Clause 6 of these Terms and Conditions for the Selected Products on offer during this Promotion (and the applicable IKEA Loyalty Member's discount and/or price).
- Promoter: The Promoter is IKEA Pty Limited (ABN 84 006 270 757) of 630 Princes Highway, Tempe NSW 2044.
- For IKEA Loyalty Members only: This Promotion is only available to IKEA Family Members and IKEA Business Network customers (who present or verify their IKEA Loyalty membership before finalising their transaction).
- Terms and Conditions only applicable for certain Promotional offers: Please refer to separate terms and conditions (available online) for any other promotional offers that do not form part of this Promotion, including:
- IKEA Loyalty Members Offer – Save 15% off PAX range (from 17 July 2025 - 25 August 2025).
- Promotion Period: The Promotion Period commences at 12:00am (Sydney Time) on 1 July 2025 and ends at 11:59 pm (Sydney Time) 13 August 2025. Any online transactions must be successfully completed by this specified end date and time.
- Selected Products only: This Promotion is applicable only to a pre-selected range of IKEA products during the relevant Promotional Period (Clause 5). The applicable discount or promotional price offered will vary depending on each IKEA product category and is listed in each corresponding row at the following tables. Please review Clause 7 to these Terms and Conditions for exclusions.

Discount varies depending on the item. The Promotion price is indicated (and is discounted from the retail non-IKEA Loyalty member price). The discount for a 133 x 195 VOLLERSLEV equates to a maximum 25% reduction (from the full price of $199.00).

7. Exclusion of ‘As-Is’ market products: The Promotion is not applicable to any Selected Product(s) offered for sale from IKEA ‘As-Is’ Market (either in-store or online).
8. In-store Redemption: For in-store redemption at any IKEA Australia stores, IKEA Loyalty Members must scan their IKEA Loyalty physical or digital card or enter their verified mobile number at the point of checkout before completing their purchases.
9. Online Redemption: For online redemption, IKEA Loyalty Members must sign into their IKEA Loyalty Account or insert their IKEA Loyalty membership number in the requested field to make a purchase on IKEA.com.au or in the IKEA App.
10. Availability and stock limit: All items are advertised in good faith to be available at time of the offer. However, unforeseen problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. The Promotion is valid while stocks last. Please note availability of stock varies between stores and online and not all products will be available in stores and online. No rainchecks are available during the Promotion.
11. Only one offer at a time: The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other special, discount, promotional offer or any other IKEA Family member and/or IKEA Business Network member offers (unless the contrary has been expressed). Any IKEA product (including, but not limited to, any VIMLE or LANDSKRONA product range) that is marked as being part of the IKEA SALE from 26 June 2025 to 21 July 2025 (with an already reduced current selling price) is expressly excluded from this Promotion.
12. Returns: All return of product(s) are subject to IKEA standard returns and exchanges policy and the Australian Consumer Law. The maximum refund for each product is the amount of the returned product(s) less any pro-rata discount received.
13. No transfer or cash redemption: The discount is not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash towards other IKEA products.
14. Validation and Verification: Eligibility to the Promotion will be subject to the Promoter's validation and verification checks. Promoter's decision is final.
15. Right to withdraw: The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion at any time during the Promotion Period. Withdrawal will be communicated on the IKEA website. No individual withdrawal notification will be communicated to the Customer (should the Promoter exercise their right under this Clause 15).
16. Right to change: The Promoter reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the law or changes to our services including (but not limited to) eligibility and the Promotional Period. Customers shall review these Terms and Conditions on a regular basis for updates before commencing their transaction. No changes will be individually communicated to the Customer (should the Promoter exercise their right under this Clause 16).
17. Right to correct and adjust: While great care has been taken to ensure accuracy of all prices and descriptions, the Promoter reserves the right to correct any errors and adjust prices and charges including GST, customs duty or other statutory charges. No corrections or adjustments will be individually communicated to the Customer (should the Promoter exercise their right under this Clause 17).
18. Limitation of Liability: The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained because of any participation in the Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
19. Governing Law: The conduct of the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.
