Assembly Steps

Step 1: Wooden Front Wall Installation

Details

• Parts: S, S1, U, T, TL1
• Quantities: S (x1), S1 (x2), U (x1), T (x2), TL1 (x1)
• Dimensions: U (76" x 3 3/4" x 1")

Assembly

Diagram I: Shows parts S, S1, U, T, TL1 laid out. S1 are L-shaped brackets.

Diagram II: Shows assembly of the front wall base. Parts S and T are attached to the base staves. Brackets S1 are used for connection. A water level ? is shown to ensure alignment.

Diagram III: Shows the front wall assembly being secured. Use 16x J screws ?. Detail U indicates fixing diagonally for rigidity. Use 2x I screws ? for this. A vent is visible on the wall panel.

Instruction: "Proceed with main installation manual!"

Step 2: Half-moon Wall Installation

Details

• Parts: U, X, TL1
• Dimensions: U (76" x 3 3/4" x 1"), X (78 3/4" x 1 11/16" x 11/16")
• Note: Place details on a flat, level surface.

Assembly

Diagram I: Shows parts U and X being prepared. A utility knife ? is used to "Cut and remove straps". Silicone is applied to a groove.

Diagram II: Shows part U being attached to the sauna structure using 2x I screws ?. A water level ? is used.

Diagram III: Shows part U being attached to the sauna structure using 1x I screw ?. Detail shows applying waterproof silicone into the groove.

Diagram IV: Shows part U being attached using 2x M screws ?. Pre-drill screw holes ?️ 1/8". WARNING: Do not let screws touch glass! ⚠️

Step 4: Base Assembly

• Note: Diagonal measurements should be equal.

Assembly

Diagram: Shows the base structure being assembled. Use 4x M screws ? on each side. Use DET 1 for alignment and 2x DET A for securing the base components. A water level ? is used.

Step 5: Cradle and Stave Assembly

Assembly

Diagram I: Shows cradle components (Y, W, Z) being assembled and positioned. "Position cradles inside grooves of stave 2". Center stave 2 on cradle 1. Use 2x M screws ?. DET 2 is used.

Diagram II: Shows 8x DET 3 being used to attach roof staves.

Diagram III: Shows attaching staves using 2x M screws ?. DET 2 is used.

Step 6: Stave Assembly

Assembly

Diagram I: Shows preparing staves (3, A). Detail shows joining two boards together (parts 6, 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d) to bridge a gap (labeled "A" gap). It's recommended these combined boards are approximately 1/4" wider than the gap. DET 6 is used for trimming.

Diagram II: Shows fastening the two halves using screws (4x screws ? shown). "Raise slightly before installing the combined board".

Diagram III: Shows the combined board being installed onto the sauna structure.

Step 7: Band Installation

Assembly

Diagram I: Shows DET B1 and DET B being used to attach bands. Details show approximate measurements (~5 7/8" and ~9 7/16").

Diagram II: Shows the outer bands (B) being placed around the sauna structure. "Remove strap".

Diagram III: Shows the bands being secured using components C, D, E, and a wrench ?. "Place the bands around the barrel on the outer side of the cradle."

Step 8: Vent and Bench Preparation

Diagram I: Shows attaching vents. Upper vent uses 1x DET G. Lower vent uses 3x DET F. Both use 6x K screws ?. Pre-drill holes ?️ Ø5/32" before screws. "Remove all temporary braces".

Diagram II: Shows preparing bench supports. Use 2x DET 10a and 2x H screws ?. Note: 72" and 88" Saunas with front-glass wall have 4 pc. of DET 10a.

Diagram III: Shows attaching bench components using 2x DET 10 and 2x H screws ?. Note: "If Your sauna equipped with front-glass wall, see front-glass wall installation manual for proper benches installation."

Step 9: Bench Installation

Assembly

Diagram I: Shows attaching bench supports using 10x I screws ?. Pre-drill holes ?️ 1/8". Use water level ? for installation of benches. Note: 72" & 88" Saunas with front-glass walls have four pieces of 10c.

Diagram II: Shows attaching bench components under the benches using 4x H screws ? and 2x DET 10c.

Diagram III: Shows attaching bench components using 2x DET 11 and 6x M screws ?.

Step 10: Heater Mount and Rail

Assembly

Diagram I: Shows attaching bench supports using 2x DET 15a and 2x H screws ?. Detail shows trimming part 15A if needed to accommodate heater size, before adding part H. Also shows attaching bench supports using 2x DET 15b and 2x DET 15c.

Instruction: "Mount sauna heater before installing safety rail, per manufacturer's recommended safety clearance."

Diagram II: Shows attaching bench components using 1x DET 15d, 2x J screws ?, and 6x I screws ?.

Step 11: Door Installation

Details

X: Front wall thickness. Wooden front wall: 1 1/8". Glass front wall: 1 5/8".

Diagram I: Shows using water level ?. Attaching door frame (1x DET 20) with 2x M screws ?. Attaching door panels (2x DET 20c, 2x DET 20d) with 2x M screws ?. Attaching door panels (2x DET 20a, 2x DET 20b) with 2x M screws ?.

Diagram II: Shows the door frame being pressed tightly against the wall and fastened from inside. Securing with 18x H screws ?.

Diagram III: Shows the door installed. Securing with 8x H screws ?.

Diagram IV: Shows attaching door hinges (2x DET 22) with 8x H screws ?.

Step 12: Roof Shingles

Assembly

Diagram I: Shows attaching shingles (DET N) using a hammer ? and O fasteners. Detail shows overlapping shingles on top and approximate measurement (~3/8"). "See the installation manual inside the shingles package." "Check also roof shingles installation manual inside package."

Diagram II: Shows preparing DET O fasteners. "Cut DET O into three equal segments". "Cut off" and "Cut and use other end".
